They have bad drivers, today on the exit for I-4 via Maitland Av an unconscious and rude driver pushed me almost making me crash into the wall of the road. He didn't care and no matter how much I honked my horn he just moved away when I crossed the yellow line on the edge of the road. It was horrible and I feared a serious accident just because his car was bigger. Please make sure that the drivers know the minimum traffic rules.

Binson's is a very busy medical device company and I need to express my gratitude that Carrie took the time to help me. I spoke with Carrie and she was so kind, informative and had a great sense of humor! She listened to my concerns about my apnea and told me to stop using a leaf blower connected to a snorkel and explained why I wake up with the mask fogged up. Kidding! Thank you so much for your professionalism and deepest concern for someone you do not know. My wife wishes she didn't know me, so you are lucky! ? In-store , Shannon and Ashley were also amazing to me! Such a great group of people working for Binson's. Be patient as a patient and they will make sure you are well taken care of. I had a great experience getting fitted for a CPAP. The staff were super nice and helpful. Subsequently when I needed replacement parts I was able to get everything quickly and through insurance (Florida Blue) with no issue.

N̈ot able to resolve issues with bed rails that you can not push or pull on to adjust your self. Bed springs let the mattress sink more than 5 inches where you're butt is.

Very disappointed with this company I'm on disability. Then they charged me a seven hundred dollar bill for no reason I have medicaid, and I have Aetna insurance that cover it plus I been having problems with this company since day one like Mask, fitting, this is a big problem. I've been wearing my machine each night and they still charged me, so be careful I wish give them zeros all day to this company I'm very upset with them !

Updating my review from 2 months ago. The service has not improved the wait times on hold waiting to even to speak to someone is unacceptable. Leaving a message I have left three nothing. I went by the store they was out of the supplies and was ordering them over a week ago and still nothing. I have since requested to have a new company supplying me with my CPAT supplies. I would suggest anyone try any company other than Binson’s there is no service at all and contacting a human is impossible. The company does not care about you does nothing to improve of their service. READ THE REVIEWS: everyone has the same complaint. No thank you , Binson’s is a poor choice to provide any medical equipment or supplies you have many other choices

Good luck getting hold of them to ask questions about supple or even reorder supplies! I have been calling DAILY from September and left messages! No one answers or calls back! Extra frustrating!

I can understand long hold times, that's fine. But when I am on hold for so long that there is no longer any music and there's only silence I get a bit agitated. I had questions about maybe getting a new mask to try for the CPAP machine that Binson's keeps harassing me about to no luck. Do I have to go in person?
