We recently completed our paver project and contacted Black Diamond Coatings customer service for samples of their polymeric sand. Amazing the Titanium Gray sample was the exact color of our bricks. Our experience with customer service couldn’t have been more perfect. Secondly, Dominator XL polymeric sand is a fine material to fill even the slightest joints & the color is the same through & though! We look forward to working together with Black Diamond Coatings on all of our future projects.

I was referred to Black Diamond over 15 years ago from a premium builder in Scottsdale, AZ., and looking for a product that would live up to the harsh conditions of the desert sun and protect my stone and pavers. I have been purchasing their products ever since. Now I'm in SW Florida and still using their products. The first pic is the before, second is after we applied product and been dried for a day and the last is the side by side comparison to our neighbor who also has sealed pavers but they paid for the service with them using far inferior products. Our job consisted of using their Black Diamond Pre-Treat (which I also reviewed and highly recommend) and their charcoal polymeric sand for the joints (also highly recommend). The difference in quality from what is used in commercial applications is night and day. Now, this isn't to say that all commercial applications use weak product but the cost they were charging versus sweating a bit and doing it ourselves with the magnificent end result you see is very worth the effort in mind opinion. Onto the driveway......

I am a contractor in fl and have been using them for a some time then I purchased a product for sealing travertine and it would not cure. It just stayed sticky well now its dried all funny looking after a month or so and there response was sorry you just have to let it dry. Since then I've moved over to ure seal h20 and seal and lock. Much better of a product. Don't buy this junk. The lose tile is natural not sealed the actual floor is turned grey from traction and not curing properly

If you want the best sealers on the market then choose Black Diamond because their products and customer service are top-notch!!

Maggie was the most personable customer service agent I have spoken to maybe ever… It was a very well balanced give-and-take with a pleasant voice, and no doubt she had a full command of the products you offer. I’m on the phone all day every day you are lucky to have her.
