My daughter accidentally sliced her thumb and needed stitches. I brought her to this ED and everyone was incredible. Her nurses Cheryl and Wyatt explained everything to her in a manner she could understand, and Dr. Kulish cleaned and glued her skin. We were triaged very quickly and the entire process took less than an hour. I highly recommend this establishment.

I've been to this hospital several times and have left more times than I can count saying I'll never go back. While I was at work I experienced severe pain in my back/stomach and my sister begged me to go to the hospital. Eventually I caved. I didn't want to be told nothing was wrong with me again, but I was hurting and the pain was just getting worse. It's a good thing I went. I had a good team. Joy, the nurse, was fantastic. Even though I was in pain and couldn't really think straight she let me know what medicines she was giving me and what they were for. I can't remember any other names but there were a couple of phlebotomists that jumped in to help when finding a vein proved difficult. One lady was previously a mechanic and let me squeeze the heck out of her hand. They kept thinking I was hurting from the needle stick but truth be told I couldn't feel the needle just the pain in my stomach. Everyone was kind and took me seriously for the first time since I moved up here. Thank y'all!!!

I had 2 cataract surgeries this past month and had the most amazing experience! Kristen, Jessica, Jennifer, Cindy, Haley, and Amy treated me like I was one of their family members, they were accommodating, comforting, efficient, warm, knowledgeable, and beyond professional. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone including those I love and cherish most as I know they will be taken care of. Dr. Patton has the most amazing crew at Fannin County Hospital! The best outpatient experience I've ever had.
I had an endoscopic carpal tunnel release surgery performed at Blue Ridge Medical Center by Dr. Worthingstun, who happens to be the best hand surgeon anywhere. You have to check in through the emergency room entrance for outpatient procedures. From the time I arrived at 6:15am, starting with the receptionist, everyone I encountered was friendly, warm, caring and professional. I can't thank them enough. The names I remember were Randi, Amanda, Kristen, Julie and my fantastic anesthesiologist Patrick. You guys are awesome. Thank you everyone!

My husband has been here for 5 days. EVERYONE from the cleaning department to the doctors have been outstanding with their care and kindness not only to my husband, but to me. I appreciate all of you SO MUCH - it’s such a comfort to go home and know he’s in good hands and care.

I must admit I was skeptical, driving all the way to Blue Ridge when all of my surgeries have been done at either Saint Joe’s or Northside. Rating is 3.5 but I trusted my doctor Dr. Bednarz and this particular implant for my foot was only in contract with the Fannin facility. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised from start to finish. They were absolutely amazing from the woman who checked me in, to the women in the cafeteria, straight through to the nurses who admitted me, the anesthesia team, the OR team and the postop team, every single one was thorough and made me feel at ease. Care and surgery was top notch. Do not hesitate having surgery here.
