The office is clean, modern and high tech. Staff was professional, but at same time friendly and courteous. Made me feel very comfortable. I didn't have to wait long and I wasn't in room with lots of other people. Now the best part. Dr Suarez is one of the best physicians I've had the pleasure of meeting in a long time. She took the time to explain everything in layman terms. If I got confused she stepped back and took time to make sure I understood. A real pleasure!! Don't go anywhere else.

I had a very unpleasant experience with the woman at the reception. She was unfriendly and rude, speaking in a tone that made it seem like she couldn't wait for us to leave. She insisted that they could only make glasses if we did an eye exam with them, despite the fact that I already had a prescription from another optometrist. Overall, she left a very bad impression. I do not recommend visiting this place—very unpleasant experience.

When I went to see Dr. Rachel Nebb at Boca Family Eye Care yesterday for my yearly eye exam, I realized that I have been a satisfied client of theirs for over 11 years. The care that I receive from both Drs Nebb is the reason I remain a happy client. Additionally, Kadie, is so helpful and gracious whenever I request any help. I highly recommend Boca Family Eye Care.

I received immediate attention when I entered and filled out the required forms. I have Medicare and the covered services were explained clearly and the additional optional services and fees were explained. The staff was courteous and explained what was they were doing, e.g. "all procedures in this room are fully covered by your plan, no copay."
They have a decent display of frames with prices listed. I have a $250 allowance pon my advantage plan and the staff found several frames meeting my needs. The frames were $9 out-of-pocket. I got ultra-light frames with anti-glare cover under $300, (regular lenses were much cheaper but too thick for my needs).
The only negative is that they said that they would be ready in 10-14 days, HOWEVER, they arrived 6 days later.
They are located in the mall on SE corner of Clint Moore and 441. Very convenient for me. Based upon my one visit, I will definitely use them again, after my fitting, of course.

I got the 10 star service from one of the Docs there- I forgot her name sorry! This was a very thorough examination using a lot of high tech equipment plus traditional techniques. Service was friendly and professional. My new spectacles took 4 business days to come when I was told to expect 2 weeks. So, 5 stars and highly recommended all around!
