Definitely one of my favorite places for any hair/ wig supplies. They also have colored contacts, even crazy colors during Halloween time! Makeup selection could definitely be better but they have so much other things in every other department it almost makes me not even care lol

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The prices are ridiculous and the employees (including Bok’s son) are very rude and unprofessional. They definitely made me feel unwelcome and rest assured, I’m never going back again. If you need to go to a good beauty supply store, I recommend going to Beauty One. Better prices and decent customer service.

The lady behind the counter was extremely friendly and very helpful. She greeted us with a smile and even conversed with us a while. The prices for what I was looking for were great! The product I bought was about 20% cheaper than the local Sally's.

Great selection, good prices and we love Bok. She is so friendly, generous and funny. She has whatever you need for a great look including very high quality hair and hair care products. Also I find sandals in colors I usually can't find anywhere else. Love this store!

They have a very wide selection of weave. There body oils sell so good. They have face mask both wash able and one time use. They have many hair care items. I love there hello kitty and kawaii characters items. I love the really friendly attitude of this store.

Most of all her wigs over priced. I bought a lace front from Bok and took the same wig to Jacksonville to a hair store and the one in Jacksonville was much cheaper! She's gonna lose customers who are willing to drive to Jacksonville especially since the economy is the way it is now. I just feel like that she doesnt care about her customers. The price of food is high, gas prices are up, the cost of living is up so why try to drain out your customers Bok? The black community is the reason you are successful right now. I have been telling everyone that we need to support of black businesses. Support the black people who have hair stores! And that's what I'm doing i will never buy anything from Bok again. I don’t like to write bad reviews but I feel this is needed. I called asking if they carried haircoloring foil. The lady on the phone starting laughing at me while proceeding to tell me they do have it in store. So I drive over. The moment I walked in, before anyone could see me they were very welcoming and then started laughing when I turned the corner. Okay cool, maybe they were in the middle of a funny conversation. I asked them where the item I was trying to purchase was located and the same female I spoke on the phone with started laughing at me again. Then she finally told me they don’t have it in the store that it’ll be there tomorrow. STILL LAUGHING in my face. Still have no idea why this female was laughing at me but I guess I’m not welcomed there. I use that love that store a few years back since they have everything I need to braid, twist etc my friends hair, but I’m sure I can find all that stuff somewhere else.
