Great Care… I’ve heard so many good things about this office and Dr. Kimberly Ham. After being very sick with what I thought was allergies for several day. Wanted to make the run to this office because of the many times they were recommended. Upon arrival we were checked in quickly by the amazing ladies up front. The office was super clean and professional. Check in with the nurse was fast. Dr Ham came in to check my symptoms and was knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed in seconds. She took the time to look at my medical history before just throwing a prescription at me. She quickly diagnosed my condition and acted accordingly!! I know I’m on the way to feeling better!! I have always had good experiences with this facility. I also have a PCM I see regularly as well so I dont have to rely on these people for the 'heavy lifting', which is not what they are here for. I took my wife to Peachtree Immediate care on S Houston Lake Rd and let me tell you...the customer service and care is much, much better here.

I have never been to a more cleaner or efficient med stop. I waited less than 5 mins, got tested questions asked and vitals in less than 10 min, the staff was friendly and I will deff be back to this med stop and suggest all my friends and family go! Thanks for a great experience!

Update - On November 18, 2024, I received a check in the mail for the amount of the co pay and I received 2 phone calls from 2 managers apologizing for the delay in the reimbursement. Due to the apology and them issuing the payment, I am updating my review from 1 star to 4 stars.

Previous Review - I wish I could give this place 0 stars! They are a bunch of crooks. I came in on June 20, 2024 to be seen. I explained to the lady at the front desk that I had reached my deductible and out of pocket max, and that I shouldn't have to pay anything for the visit. The lady was rude and said I needed to pay now or I couldn't be seen at all. I paid $50.41 upfront and my insurance company paid them within 30 days. I have called multiple times and they still won't reimburse me. They keep saying they are disputing my insurance company even though the insurance company already paid. It's past 90 days, so I can't even file a dispute for the charge with MasterCard. I made the mistake of trusting them and waiting on the reimbursement, and now, I'm beyond 90 days, and I can't file dispute with the credit card company to get the money back. I'm stick to my stomach. They are awful!

The staff here were awesome! Very attentive and caring. They got patients back and seen by the doctor as quickly as they could. Rooms were sprayed down between patients. Despite the obviously heavy workload on all the Healthcare providers because of covid, they all had really good attitudes and were pleasant to interact with. A big thank you to all the Bonaire medstop staff!!

I can’t say enough good things about the new med stop in Bonaire. Convenient location in the Publix shopping center. Beautiful, professional facility. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. No lines, no waiting AND a dedicated Peds staff! Well-done Houston Healthcare 👏 👏

Took my daughter here because she was sick and it was a Sunday, so her doctors weren't open. My husband was also there a week before for stitches. Both times, the doctors were so friendly. We were seen right away both times and out as quickly as they could get us out.

This. med stop was spotless. The ladies at the front desk were so pleasant. The doctor that took care of me was a female doctor who was so pleasant and easy to talk to. She took her time and did not rush you. So so very nice. Thank you again for your help. JP
