I switched to Bonaire Pharmacy a year ago. It was a great decision! Not only was the pricing better, the service and extra care Dr Patel and his staff show to customers is significantly better than other pharmacies around Warner Robins, Bonaire, Perry, and Houston County.

I rarely have to wait for my order, and if I do it is a very brief wait. To clarify, the order is always ready, I just had to wait at the register very briefly.

The staff are friendly and always courteous. Dr Patel genuinely cares about everyone that walks in the door. Whenever I come in, he asks about my family and has even remembered that I was going on a trip. He took the time to ask about it as well.

The location of the pharmacy is super convenient for just about anyone in Houston County. It's on Highway 96, near Houston Lake Rd.

I noticed that outside is a parking spot for anyone that needs the staff to bring their prescriptions out to them. I prefer to go in because I know I won't have to wait long and I like speaking with the staff and Dr Patel. Bonaire Pharmacy also delivers prescriptions for those that request it.

I can't recommend this pharmacy enough!

Fantastic pharmacy, fast. Very nice to talk to on the phone, or
in person. All questions are answered in a very nice manner. No call waiting or leaving computer information.
The pharmacist found medicines the rest of the pharmacies in Houston County could not even put on their order list. This is a fantastic
pharmacy it is a privately owned. Located in the greatest place in between two growing sides of the county right there on 96, 1/4 a little East of Houston Lake road on the South side of 96 in the open mall

Are you tired of the big pharmacy service, long lines, not answering phone calls, and feeling lost in the herd? Here at Bonaire Pharmacy you will get that home town pharmacy service you may remember from years ago. Parth, the owner, greets me by name every time I walk in. As a pharmacist he identified that I was prescribed 2 simular medications with different names from my primary provider and a specialist. This could cause an adverse issue. No pharmacy ever noticed this in years prior. I am very happy with the customer service, knowledgeable care, and feel that I actually matter.
