Bonne Terre Health Clinic has seen a significant decline in the quality of care provided. My journey with this clinic began when it first opened, and I saw Mary Chandler as my healthcare provider, who truly excelled in her role. Then I was transferred to Amy Wallen, who I can confidently say was the best practitioner I have ever had the privilege of encountering.
Amy's dedication to thoroughness, her ability to offer valuable insights, and her overall excellence in care were truly commendable.

Regrettably, Amy departed from Bonne Terre Health Clinic, and it has been approximately seven months since I last saw her.
Recently, I received a call from the clinic, asking if I would consider returning, despite my reservations. Against my better judgment, I decided to give the clinic another opportunity. My appointment was scheduled for 2:30, and I arrived at 2:15 for check-in. The appointment with Glenda, the new practitioner, began promptly. However, it was a brief encounter. She spent no more than five minutes in the room, briefly glancing at my past medical charts, asking a cursory "What's new?" and simply stating that she had refilled my medication that I did not request or need. I had several other pressing questions for Glenda, but instead I was hurried and dismissed.

I firmly believe that the clinic would greatly benefit from allocating more time for patient interactions, fostering a more comprehensive and attentive approach to healthcare that the other providers in the past have displayed.
