After trying many of the novelty penis pumps, I was frustrated. Some worked OK for a time, others lasted 1 or 2 sessions, some failed the first time I tried them, but they all failed and for the most part were junk and a complete waste of money. Also, you could not get replacement parts, just universal replacement parts which usually did not work that well.
Then I found the Vacurect. It looked good on their website but was over $200. I pondered this for a couple of months and then took the plunge. It was rough going at first, as I could not get it to work correctly. On YouTube, there were many how-to videos but the censors had removed the ones using real human body parts. I got some pointers from customer service and they were very accommodating. I finally found an instructional video with a human model and a real penis - the censors had apparently missed this one. After viewing the video several times and getting some additional pointers from customer service, I was able to figure out how to reliably use the device. That said, here is the lowdown:
1. The Vacurect is a high quality device that works every time and hopefully will give me years of trouble free service.
2. There are spare parts available.
3. I have complete control over how hard I want my erection to get. I have no problem with vaginal penetration and having a good orgasm.
4. If I was considering a penile implant, after using this device I would not go down that road.

Did not work at all. Was painful at times, tried every single ring, and many many times. Followed instructions to a T. I am one of those 4% this will not help, and your representative I spoke to seemed upset that I wanted a refund. And when I got a refund it was only 80% refund. Something that was never discussed when purchasing the item in the first place. I get why you do that but you should put that in writing with the product when you send it to the customer and on the site when purchased. Definitely would have been a red flag. If I could give this a zero review I would. Only good thing I can say is that it was shipped to me promptly.

Works great for erection but very hard to remove after. They need a loop band so you can take it off

Also your 20 min max time starts immediately - so time it right. But best erection ever then with conventional pumps- hands down !

The product I ordered from them at first seemed to be working then after a couple weeks not so much. I attempted to contact them about returning it as I made the mistake to purchase the coverage which was supposed to allow for returns/refunds however I was unable to get ahold of their customer service & the messages I did send were never responded to. I would not recommend becoming a customer of theirs.
