Incredible service! We had a minor road hazard incident while traveling. We pulled into the shop. All three mechanics on duty assessed our car extensively to determine any mechanical damage. They sent us on our way without any charge for their work! Safe trip the rest of the way. Big shout out to these guys! Well done!!

Great customer service! Very helpful & accommodating! We were travelling up I-44 with a truck & horse trailer & had a flat on one of the duals on the truck. All the other tire shops in the area either didn't seem to care or were booked up for several hours. I called Buck with Bourbon tire & he said he would work us right in, which he did. Plus the charges were very reasonable! Don't be concerned about the small shop or the location! Would recommend them to anyone! Thanks Buck for getting us going!!

Would have got five stars if their computer registered my tire warranty when I got a nail in my tire but they are very kind quick and have good prices! The young guy that did my tire seemed to be skilled at fixing my tire as well.

Bourbon Tire and Lube provided excellent service to my husband and I today when we were driving on 44 toward Springfield and ran over a large piece of metal resulting in a flat tire. After attempting to put on our spare but couldn't due to a faulty lug wrench, Marty at Bourbon Tire sent one of their service technicians to our location where Aaron very efficiently put our spare tire on and was very courteous and helpful. The service fee for the assistance was also very reasonable and if we experience another roadside emergency near Bourbon or Sullivan, Missouri they will be the first phone call we make. Thank you so much for your help!

Great Service!!! Blew a tire on our travel trailer just east of Bourbon and they were able to get us back on the road in no time. Would definitely recommend.

Would recommend this business very highly. The manager is a really great guy, who is awesome with the customers. His employees are very knowledgeable and capable workers.. They are a rare find in businesses today... If I could I would give them more stars.

Everyone is super friendly, they pick up and drop off my van while I'm at work. They are fairly priced and the 5th oil change is free. Definitely recommend them for brakes, tires, oil change.
