This was recommended as the one place in town that would have an angled cutoff valve shower stem. They have a variety, and the staff were quite knowledgeable on the topic. Great spot for plumbing supplies.

While we were there, we picked up a few other items on the home improvement list. We found pretty much everything (wide range of lightbulbs, planting pots, etc.). This is a wonderful, old-fashioned hardware store with knowledgeable staff and excellent service.

I asked if they worked on lawnmowers. The young man gave me a name of someone who they refer people to. I wouldn't use them, since they didn't fix my lawnmower & refused to give me a receipt for what they claimed to have charged me for.

Beyond a shadow of a doubt....THIS is the best hardware store in the United States of America! 🇺🇸👍

For bird seed, for hardware/ plumbing needs, etc., they are the experts. Don't waste your time at the "Big Box" stores like Home Depot. Go to the locally owned, family owned experts in Missouri! Get in, get out...FAST! 😉👍

Great classic hardware store that is rare to find anymore. Started shopping here 30 years ago. Happy to see the same knowledgeable store when stopping by recently. Love that they even have a basement which has useful additional selections. One doesn't see many stores with basements anymore.
