Hotel Review: Excellent Customer Service and Problem-Solving

During my recent stay, I encountered an issue with noisy guests in the room next to mine. After a long day, I was hoping for a peaceful night’s rest, but the noise made it difficult. When I brought this up to Garrett at the front desk, he handled the situation with incredible professionalism and care.

Without hesitation, he offered to move me to a quieter room on the other side of the hotel. The transition was seamless, and they even checked in afterward to ensure I was comfortable. My new room was just as clean and well-maintained, (thanks to Damon) but much quieter, allowing me to fully enjoy the rest of my stay.

I truly appreciate a hotel that prioritizes guest comfort, and they did just that. Their excellent service and willingness to accommodate my needs turned a potentially frustrating situation into a positive experience. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

Overall, your place was good for the price they have set the rooms at. When I arrived, my queen bed wasn't available, but when I called in, the guy over the phone was very hospitable and gave me a king bed instead. The customer service is wonderful.

The room itself wasn't too bad at all, especially for the price. The only thing I would mention was the bathroom I had could have definitely used an update. There was no trim, cracks in the ceiling, and the bathtub was a bit dirty.

I heard they are converting to a days inn though, so I hope that extra income can help them update the property!

Well..... the hotel rooms are clean. They are a hybrid of modern and dated. Some aspects are very up to date, but things like the bathrooms, not so much. Our shower wouldn't work. It would stream, however, so did the faucet below at the same time. The light fixture in the bathroom was half attached, half detached, so it hung partially on above your head the whole time. The bed frames are really cheap and flimsy. If you're a bigger person, heads up. Also, there are no box springs, only mattresses, FIRM mattresses, so if you like plush soft tops, these are not the beds for you. Television... kinda a pain to operate. You have to manually change to the HDMI settings on the back of the TV, turn on tv with one remote, and change channels with the other remote. The Wifi was great, the view out the back side of the hotel was great, smokers spots which was great. There are no elevators, so flights of stairs are required, and with limited rooms on the bottom, call in advance and make sure they get you down. We had a snaffu, and the gentleman at the front desk tried, but couldn't accommodate us, not to his fault, though. I know it sounds like I had more negatives than positives, but honestly, the hotel is not bad for the price. We would go back, actually. I do, however, feel that I should be transparent and let traveling guests know exactly what to expect. Last thing, the staff. They were really friendly and I had no issue with them.

Positive: Keyless entry - just needing the code was helpful with our late check-in. Negative: Horrible sound-proofing - non existent! I ran out of space with my issues. Upstairs walked around non stop, cars honking periodically, people walking around outside talking. You could hear it ALL. Got zero sleep.

Positive: The hotel was cute, priced well, and conveniently located. Negative: Upon entering the room, the air freshener was so thick, I could taste it. If I book gain, I will specify not to use the room plug in due to severe allergies. "Breakfast" was only prepackaged muffins and cereal.

First the staff is amazing and so wonderful. The complimentary snacks were super appreciated.

But the room was yuck like slapping paint on a pig. The beds are metal frames so every movement was loud and squeaky. The fan on the AC unit runs extremely loud. The faucet in the bathroom leaked all night (we were told they know and have a maintenance request in) not sure why we were put in that room then. The stomping upstairs we heard every single one. The bathtub was just gross we wouldn't use it. They didn't bother to cover up the previous hanging tv holes. The blinds do not cover the windows and crack or dawn lit up the room. Super rough night with little sleep to say the least.

Kind of a hidden gem in Branson. Off the beaten path a bit, but not to difficult to find. A very, very nice facility, recently remodeled.

Now, it IS a motel-type format, with rooms facing outwards towards the parking lot, but this is hands-down the nicest motel I've ever stayed in. Nothing at ALL like a Motel 6 or ones of that ilk; no, this is, in terms of room quality, furnishings, and amenities, like a nice quality hotel room. Hardwood floors, new heating/AC units, a small but full-sized refrigerator, those little flexible reading lights mounted on the headboard, all tastefully done.

In terms of value, it's a steal. I wouldn't recommend this place for business trips if you plan on doing much work from your room (the WiFi is free and fast, BTW), but if you're here in Branson for the sights and the shows, how much time do you plan on spending in your room anyway? If you're looking for a comfortable place to stay while enjoying what Branson has to offer, then this is THE place.

Came to Branson to have my wedding and this was the hotel we stayed in for 3 nights. Really nice and clean room fully stocked with soap and towels. The front counter staff were very polite and helpful with any needs or questions I had. Lastly the cleaning guy that works there was very helpful and nice. Also, they allow service dogs which was a big thing for me. Overall this is a great place to stay if you come to Branson for a few days especially on the wallet. Will definitely be staying here in the future.
