Back in January I booked a 5 day stay at a motel from 11/4 - 11/9 and purchased the trip insurance. On 10/17 I had to cancel my trip due to a critical illness. The gentleman I spoke to stated the refund would be posted to the credit card I used when placing my order. After waiting for two weeks for it to post ( never posted ) I called back and found out a refund check was mailed out on 10/24 because their ownership changed and their credit card processing changed in June and could no longer issue credit card refunds made on purchases prior to June. I've waited for two weeks for that check which has not been received. It could have been walked to where I live in that time. I've called back several times for a resolution which to this point has not been resolved. They are still working on it. Why was I not originally told the refund was being posted to my card and why wasn't the refund sent by registered mail and not relying on the unreliable USPS to deliver it by general mail. Not at all happy. Still don't have my refund after 3 weeks. Buyer beware.

Very pleasant and knowledgeable people working there. Very bright and clean large store front. I was able to walk right in and pick up the tickets i ordered. Was right down the street from Historic Branson town.

If you want to get your walk on, shop or just look around this is a nice place to go, a little of everything food, sweets, bass pro, too many to mention
The fire water show starts at 12pm then every hour thereafter

My fiancee booked 7 tickets for the Branson Belle through this service. Within 30 minutes of booking she called back to cancel 1 ticket, as her brother was feeling ill. They refused to accommodate her in any way. The show/boat was not at capacity, so no one missed out on the show because we had booked that seat and not used it, and we did carry on with the 6 others reservations. We also had to drive over 20 minutes in the wrong direction to pick up the tickets, which were booked online. How hard would it be to incorporate a QR code and scanner or at least send email proof of purchase, for those who have smart phones and want to avoid the major inconvenience of the extra stop for tickets? Overall poor booking experience and would not recommend using this service.

Excellent service. Found us Great deals on shows and Silver Dollar City Jeff was super and easy to deal with. Highly recommend. Yes we went to a condo timeshare. No big deal was out by 1hour and45 min. We said no, they said thank you goodbye. We only took a time share tour because of $20.00 Silver Dollar Tickets.

Whenever you buy tickets to a Branson attraction, you have to physically drive to their site for vouchers. In this day and age of etickets, the time wasted and inconvenience caused by this is ridiculous. And it’s all for one reason: so they can try to sell you property or more tickets.

I seen one of their billboards and went to their website for free tickets. Got an email, went to this location, and got free tickets. It was as simple as that. No catches. No strings attached. I've seen other reviews say they try to sell you timeshares. I experienced nothing of the sort. Justin was awesome and answered some questions about best places to eat, then gave me my free tickets to the Shanghai Circus.
