Jessica the front store manager helped me try on Patella Knee Stabilizers. I then decided on one for my right knee. She was very knowledgeable and helpful too. Before leaving she gave me my husband's Veterans' discount and a sample of CBD with camphor to help alleviate the pain in my knee. I highly recommend Brashears' as a DME place to purchase medical equipment. You get great service and someone who actually knows how their products work vs going to a chain store with clerks who won't let you try anything on or the clerks have no knowledge of how to use the products. Their pharmacy is in the rear of the shop. I like this small community store because you get to know the sales people and they get to know you as well.

We switched to Brashear's a few years ago from a national chain. The difference in customer service is amazing, Brashear's is an old fashioned pharmacy, that values their customers, and customer service. Any time you call or come in you know you are important to them. It's like talkimg to family.
This is what customer service used to be. Prices are also lower than the chains.

This pharmacy is AWESOME!!! They literally have your script usually done for u within 10 min. They are very nice, polite and always helpful! I love having them instead of the big chain pharmacies that just think you’re a number! The store has a lot of neat stuff inside for gifts and cute things to decorate your home. I highly suggest Brashears!
