There is an atmosphere of calm in this office that I have not found elsewhere. Everyone seems truly happy to work here and there is a spirit of cooperation among the staff that put me at ease. Even though there was a long wait because of an emergency patient, I felt like they were doing everything they could to help me. I am going back!

I had Scottie Tuttle as my doctor for 2 years and at first she was absolutely wonderful!!! Then around the middle of this year 2017 I couldn't get her to refill my prescriptions for my paralysis as I am a para/quadriplegic bound to a wheelchair with a spinal cord injury paralyzed from my chest down. I literally can't pee without catheters which she refused to write for me knowing my bladder issues and I can't have a bowel movement without suppositories specially made for me and she still won't send a prescription in for that either which could cause me to have to go to the hospital. I just moved from Rockdale to Paulding county 2 weeks ago and can't get in the a doctor until January 19th, 2018 and am in dyer need of these things to live with my paralysis. I feel like they are blatantly ignoring me and throwing me to the wolves forcing me to have to either go to the hospital or an urgent care to try to get these simple things taken care of that is their responsibility to take care of for me until I'm able to get set up with primary care here in Paulding County. As someone with the special needs that I have I have been very disappointed in their office and most of all and Scottie for dropping the ball on things that could literally affect my life. For someone like myself this has been a dreadful and terrifying experience not know where or how to get the help I need when it comes to my disability needs. Bridgewater family practice has really made my life hard through this time of year on top of having to move and finding new care elsewhere as well. I hope they'll improve this for any like myself they see in the future!!
