When I arrived I was greeted by the front desk lady. This was my first visit to the new location. It is extremely clean and welcoming. Today I was seen by Dr. Smith. I was extremely worried about the condition of my eye so I made a scheduled walk-in appointment. Dr. Smith completed his assessment, educated me and offered alternatives to help me with the issue I had. He and his staff took good care of me and put me at ease. Thank you to the entire Briggs team, you all made my day.

I’ve been going to this office for years (maybe around 10 at this point). They have a great staff and my doctor, Dr. Sellers, is great! My son goes to another doctor there and he likes him too. They recently upgraded their office space too. If you’re looking for an eye doctor in the area be sure to check them out.

Dr Christal Sellers is amazing. So thorough, professional, and kind. I started also bringing my 84yo mother to Dr Sellers after a disrespectful experience with another doctor closer to where we live. She is so patient. She listens and provides great care. The staff at Briggs vision group is also so friendly. My family and I have been with Briggs for several years now and I can say that each year here is a great experience for us. If you have not visited them yet or are thinking about it, I would absolutely recommend giving them a try.

Everyone in the office is exceptional and the technology they provide is updated continuously. It really improves the comfort of a visit and gives you very clear information about the health of your eyes. Pricing and payments are also very clear, affordable, and easy to understand. Eyewear can be economical or more expensive depending on your choice, but I have found they have a very nice range that fits most budgets.

I really appreciate all of these points for me and my family. I leave here every year knowing that I've made an investment into my family's health and that this investment is going to actually last. Whether you are with a doctor or picking out glasses, everything is taken care of and explained to you in layman's terms so that you can make the best decisions for you and your health without worrying about hidden costs or being overwhelmed by information.

I usually see Dr. Smith when I am here for myself, and I absolutely love him. He has a very warm personality and is very friendly, but he is also clear and efficient with the information given to you so that you know what's happening and can make informed decisions. I've come into contact with mostly everyone at this location and they all treat you with care.

I'm also in a wheelchair and can navigate the office and patient rooms very easily for myself - if you have a wheelchair or any other mobility issues, you know how hard that can sometimes be. Eye visits aren't always pleasant, and they really turn that experience around here into something easy and effortless for me and my family. I will always recommend them!

Dr. Smith has been my doctor for at least 10 years now. I usually saw him in the Dunwoody office. This is my first visit to the Johns Creek office. I was very impressed. The staff was extremely professional and knowledgeable. And I will be visiting this office again now that I have moved to this area. Thank you for an absolutely wonderful experience. needless to say, as usual, Dr. Smith was highly professional and right on Target for my eye problem. This was my husband and my first appointment. The office was spotless. The receptionist was very welcoming. The doctor and staff were proficient, pleasant and performed all the tests we needed. The optician was extremely patient and helpful to pick out the frames we eventually wanted. The pricing is very reasonable.I would highly recommend Briggs vision Group Optique.
