Exceptional experience! Dr. Schramm is the best eye doctor I've ever known. I moved and now I travel 2 hours each way from NYC just to see her. For years I was struggling with less than perfect vision and my other eye exams and glasses were just not working, so I went back to Dr Schramm. She found a slight astigmatism and adjusted my prescription, resolving the issue.

The office is beautiful and extremely clean, with very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They're kind and patient. They have the best selection of eyeglasses I've seen in many years. Better than any of the boutique shops in NYC. They made it fun to select frames. I highly recommend Brookfield Vision and can attest that it is worth the trip. It's amazing what a difference Dr. Schramm has made on my life now that I am able to see clearly.

Wonderful office and staff. We are newer to the area and had not established eye care yet. I had a minor eye emergency and they quickly worked to get me in before the office closed. Dr. Schramm is terrific. She is knowledgeable, professional and cares. I felt very comfortable putting my eyes in her hands. She took great care examining my eyes and took her time to explain all she was doing during the exam. The staff is awesome! They were friendly, professional and organized and worked to get me through the appointment with out delay.

The doctor was fabulous and very professional! She was very thorough and explained everything to me, she did a lot more than any other eye doctor I’ve ever been to in my life. I picked out my new glasses, and she was very helpful and explained everything regarding my insurance and co-pays. Very professional and very kind. I 100% would recommend everyone coming here but for their eye exams and their glasses!

I really think this is a great place for eye care. I am so thrilled we found it. My son who is 5 goes there and now I do as well. They are so great with him and their new office space is so comfortable. I had no issues with any of my requests when there. I even asked if I could use my existing frames and they had no problem with my doing so (saving money when possible). They also explain all the various pricing for the extras that you may need and they are thorough with regards to insurance. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family in the area.

I had an excellent experience with all of the staff. They all are great, low pressure and not there to sell you things you don’t need. I don’t wear glasses but went for the eye exam. Still, no pressure to sell me something I wouldn’t use even at 43 and a slight vision correction if needed. The doctor noticed I wasn’t wearing my old prescription from 10 years ago and said it’s not worth getting something new, that I wouldn’t use. To me, that’s someone who is honest.
