I am a returning patient, I have been here two other times with no issues but my family has been coming here for years.
Recently when trying to schedule my annual appointment, I ran into some issues that were out of the office’s control. This was explained to me by Vanessa and she was extremely helpful in getting my next appointment scheduled. I had such a great experience in the office; everyone is so sweet and welcoming! This place is a well oiled machine. The doctors and staff are knowledgeable, patient, and willing to answer questions or concerns, but they’re also efficient, clear, and concise. Dr. Reynolds is fabulous! She is knowledgeable and communicates eye health in an easy to understand manner.
