The staff at this location are just wonderful. Always above and beyond. Called to ask about stock of hay, had to hang up while they were checking, the store manager Tonya, called me back and left me a message to make sure I knew they had what I needed. Jack and Henry are always up beat and amazing customer service. They helped me with loading and everything after my surgery. Cannot brag on them all enough. I drive further to go to this location because of them.

Just ok. I had to interact with various employees in different departments. Just mediocre experience. Employees look less than thrilled to be there which in turn adds a gloomy feel to the atmosphere. I like to shop at farm stores but won’t be back to this one.

The staff here are helpful and kind. The store is clean and well organized. Tools seem comparable in pricing to other places in town. My only problem I ran into here was trying to find smaller mens clothing, most things are 1XL to 2XL (Especially when it comes to the men and womens winter gear). I was trying to find things for my teen boys to wear for working in the snow and wasn't able to find any pants, hoodies, or winter bibs in their sizes. Prices are average to high, but good quality if I could have found what we were looking for.

I always have a great experience at Buchheit!! Best customer service and friendly, helpful employees. Amazing prices on your farm, pet, and home needs. Great place for unique gift ideas. Bucheits carry quality products and they have animals to view and enjoy, always a favorite of my kids (I love the animals too). Lots of candy and snacks and free popcorn while you shop!!

This has been a really good addition to House Springs. Great staff. I wish we still got free small bags of popcorn, but COVID probably ruined that. Love shopping the House Springs Buchheits!
