It's a great, family-owned health store. I found it a few years ago when visiting Der Dutchman but didn't think much of it at the time. Recently, I've started focusing on my health and re-discovered this store. In the process, I've realized how much of a gem it is. The prices and quality of the products are great, and the customer service is also superb. After they recently discontinued their bulk unflavored whey, Melissa went above and beyond to help me find a suitable replacement. I am truly grateful for that and appreciate the communal sentiment I got from the experience.

***the response is a LIE! (Receipt attached, I also asked that the footage be accessed/ did not know how to attach the picture to this review, only saw an option to add to their profile pictures, so u can see it there) When I asked for a manager, I was told they are under new management and the manager just recently quit. I called the other store asking for any kind of leadership, Bonnie, identifyed herself as management, and I asked her to look at the original receipt's footage (provided the date and time). I was also willing to drive to the store she was at, and all I got was "we will call you back." Never heard back from anyone.

Please look at the expiration dates ! And at the ingredients of each item they try to recommend, as I was sold something w a high content of a substance I specified I could not ingest. Make sure you also do price comparisons, I was charged $20. extra for an item that they later claimed it was mis- labeled, / some things don't have a sticker price, and they make up the price as they ring u up, and then refuse to acknowledge their mistake. The lady on 11/3 lacks professionalism, kept ignoring me and taking care of other customers that came after me, she is also not knowledgeable on products! / Thought I had found a small business I could support , but ended up loosing $$, for misrepresented products and horrible customer service ! NEVER AGAIN !!

I live in Florida a few hours away and found this quaint little bulk Amish store while on a weekend vacation. Great prices. Wide variety. Friendly & helpful staff. I found bulk powdered whipped topping. I never knew such a thing existed. Cant wait to explore on my next trip soon for some new treasures.
