Bad. I only ordered my breast pump from here because it was the only company my insurance gave that listed the prices for equipment. I will say, I got my pump very quickly, HOWEVER, months later an order was made and delivered to me in error. I received a bill for it. I called 4x trying to tell them it was a clerical error, it wasnt my order, and I would not pay the bill. The final lady I spoke to was the only helpful one, and that was only after I was transferred after repeatedly saying let me speak to a manager please.

Terrible. Recommended by my employer Health insurance advocate for Delta airlines. Placed order. Was told order shipped. Order was canceled with no explanation. I called and was told it was an insurance thing… even though it was my insurance company that recommended you.I told them to please re-process and I would pay any portion that The insurance did not cover. They told me they would re-process and call me to let me know it was taken care of … nothing… will never attempt to do business again.

Service on phone ordering is getting worst.
1. There's one item short from my order in Nov. 2024. Called to report. Twice was disconnected. Called the third time, took the call but sent me another order instead of a replacement. Called the 4th time to complain, finally got corrected. Why such bad service? I have been ordering since 2022? There were only 2 times they missed the number. Not being racist, they were Phillipinoes accent speakers.
2. Placed a monthly order in Dec 2024. First time , missed 2 items. Called back to send the missing items. And low and behold, 5 unites were missing! Service reps are getting real bad. Looking for alternative options.

I received the second month product, the first months I never received. When I asked about it I was told it got sent back to them. Nobody called me to tell me that according to my email it was showing like it was still in New Jersey it never once showed that it was being sent to my house. So I didn't call them because I assumed it was still in New Jersey when they received it back I feel somebody should have reached out to me if they thought it was undeliverable which it's the same address they delivered to this time. So I went a full month with no supply. I am grateful to get this month's so I just put an average star four and five is for above average which would have meant that they would have contacted me finding out why it came back to them they clearly have my phone number because they call me they clearly have my email because they email me. I look forward to all of the rest of the deliveries being on time and delivered at that point I can upgrade my star

I was disappointed because my insurance I guess didn’t cover my pump and I got an upgrade so had to spend already 75$ out of pocket and you guys said that’s all I would be responsible then 3 months later you send me a full bill saying it wasn’t covered! Why didn’t you all check with my insurance and why did you all tell me that it was covered then send me a bill months later! Would have bought cheaper from a store! Upset about it honestly!!

This company is large and not personal. They will not communicate well with your MD to get orders updated in a timely manner. I had to wait for over a month past my renewal date last summer for my pump supplies.
They also up sold me sensors for a pump I didn't have. Essentially trying to force me to buy a new (very expensive) pump. The customer service personnel are difficult to understand but that's not as big a deal as them having terrible communication with my MDs office. Please don't use this company for diabetic supplies.
I changed to one source medical and have not had any issues with them.
