I've been going to this clinic since 2017 for psychiatric services. The resident pshychatist has changed four times since then. Dr. Barnes first, then Dr. Seghal, then Dr. Manuel, and now Dr. Carillo. (If history is any guide, Dr. Carillo will eventually be succeeded by another doctor at some point.) All of the doctors were good in their own ways. Never had the slightest problem with any of them. I bonded most with Dr. Seghal because he was an intellectual, and I learn best when speaking to intellectuals. Dr. Carillo, for her part, is the most efficient and reliable of all her predecessors—not to mention the most empathetic. She is second to none. You couldn't ask for a better doctor. Well, I suppose you could, but you wouldn't get one. Despite the many changeovers with the psychiatrists, the services have never changed: they are fantastic, and I highly recommend this clinic.

I've been through a few people here. I've been to a total of 3 psychiatrists, and they've all been pretty bad. My most recent one, Harris, who is doing telehealth from LA, told me point blank that she didn't specialize in any of my disorders (Bi-Polar, ADHD). I had a pretty nice therapist, but I didn't click with her as much as I wish I could've, but that doesn't detract from her willingness to help me and hear my problems! I'd say the therapy is decent here, but I would avoid their psychiatrists like the plague. I keep it at a 2 because they've at least prescribed me 1 useful medication (mood stabilizer) that I can say works, and therapy seems decent.

This place is horrible, they do not care about the well being of their patients. My pharmacy has sent them order sheets for refills countless times and they always wait until the last possible day to respond even though I've called and talked to the nurse informing them that the order has been sent and that I am out of my medication. Missing depression medication has SERIOUS affects on your mental health and can lead to suicide. They are aware of this but still choose to neglect their patients. I would recommend going to any place in the area other than here!

This review is a little late I haven't been there in a few years So the psychiatrist I saw was good but I wasn't a huge fan of the therapist I saw but maybe she just wasn't the best therapist for me personally.idk also they were kinda hard to get a hold of for a while and the phone would just ring and ring for what felt like forever so I just kinda gave up trying so that was kinda on me too .this was back in like 2018 or 2019 for context so the people who worked there then might not even work there anymore.

I don't understand these reviews at all. Everyone that I've had the pleasure of interacting with - from reception staff to nurses to people passing by in the hall - has been kind and helpful. My therapist is a Godsend.

This place is a joke. I called as a last resort and they won’t take me because I’ve seen the Mark Twain psychiatrist.
I’ve been before, but stopped because the last psychiatrist upped my meds every time I saw him. To the point that I told another doctor what I was on and she looked super worried and shocked.
I would rather drive out of the county than use this place ever again.

Been coming here for years and have had 2 Psychologists just up and quit without a 2 week notice, a therapist that just quit attending meetings and the receptionists laughing and joking behind the widow while people sit uncomfortably waiting for their appointments. I also had a receptionist tell me that what I was going through wasn't an emergency without even asking me why I was even calling.
