Camdenton Glass installed a large window and sliding glass door for us. They were very easy to work with. We originally ordered two glass doors (instead of a window and a door), but we decided to cut off the deck that the one door gave us access to. Terry came up with a great design that would save money (by not having to change the footprint of the window/door) and still allow us to maximize our view!

Also, when Terry came out for the estimate, I asked about other windows we were having some issues with. He did not try and upsell anything. He told me that those were expensive windows and we could get more years out of them if I would just do some easy maintenance. Then, he showed me what to do and what to buy. Terry could have easily tried to sell me new windows.

Terry and his crew from Camdenton Glass put a new sliding door in our townhouse. We were not at the lake at the time the work was completed , but they came in and took care of installation.We couldn’t be happier with the customer service we have received. The door looks beautiful and we are very pleased with the quality. . I would highly recommend them for any of your glass needs.

Camdenton Glass was hired to replace 14 large windows and a door for our business. They had a cancellation and called our facility and we jumped at the opportunity, which saved us two months from our original scheduled date. Camdenton Glass came with a full crew and managed to knock out all of the windows and the door in two days time. They cleaned up their mess and left our facility looking just as they found it. We had a couple of cosmetic concerns and the very next day they were handled. It has been a GREAT experience for us. I also must add, the front desk ladies that handle the phones were so kind, patient and considerate. I could not have asked for better service start to finish. Westlake Aquatic Center will definitely keep you in mind for the future.

I cannot think of a time I have been dealt with more unprofessionally in my entire life. I live in a different state and paid a deposit in the middle of the summer. 4 months later they show up and install glass. I was obviously not on site. I received an invoice and within a matter of 5 business days was getting nasty phone calls and texts demanding payment. I set up payment from my bank that would arrive within 30 days. Still more yelling and nasty messages. Tara at Camdenton Glass is a miserable human being. If she is your contact, run to any other business. This place is horrible.

In his or her response below, the owner talks about "language" used by me. That would consist of me talking about this being a "damn pain" to Tara. That's it. I used the word damn one time to describe my pain, not another person. I never once swore at anyone. I started every conversation calmly trying to explain the issue and was yelled at by Tara. She hung up on me, TWICE. She simply refused to hear what my issue was. The issue is that I paid half the cost of my windows 4 months in advance. No response in between payment and installation. No return of phone calls. And then in less than a week of being given an invoice I have nasty messages and a yelling "office lady." This business has the gall to claim that I was unreasonable on the phone when I had nothing but yelling and hang ups when I tried to resolve a week old bill. One week! On top of abysmal customer service, these guys are liars.

I initiated payment on the bill the day of my first phone call with them. My bank shows delivery as landing with them in 48 hours from now. That is all less than 30 days from receiving an invoice. Stunning. Run, don't walk, to any other business that will sell you windows.

Got 8 windows installed today and I am very pleased with the results. The crew was very nice and knowledgeable about how to fix some rotting wood around the old windows. I highly recommend Camdenton Glass

Terrible experience.
We ordered a few glass replacements for a museum showcase (a customer of mine). They made the fixes but they did not meet the standards I would expect for repairs to a museum quality exhibit case. We were in touch with the sales man Mr. Colton and he said they would take responsibility of this. I thought everything was going smooth until I made a call to confirm. A woman answered the phone and She told me that we are trying to rob them. Because we knew our showcase was broken and we tried to cheat them. This is not possible because we receive the feedback (also pictures) of their work from our own customer (who obviously wants a well done job). Now Camdenton Glass is avoiding any responsibility of this. I do not recommend to work with this awful company.
