Me and my mother have had the worst experiences with the front office staff when we were checking in recently. Both of the receptionist were so so rude to both of us. They discriminated me and my mother with racist comments towards us. Plus while we were checking in they were also sharing our personal info with their friend that was checking in. When I mentioned to the girl to stop doing that she answer back “if we don’t like it then leave back to Mexico”. Hell we never been to Mexico. Maybe they need to go back to Africa. While we went to go seat down we can still hear them say hateful things about us in front of all the witnesses around us. They don’t need to have those people working there. You can’t feel safe with your info and the hate they give towards you.

The doctor was good, the nurse was great, the person in charge of calling in prescriptions should be fired! We left the facility being told that important scripts would be called in. I checked with the pharmacy at 2PM and they had not been called. I called connect care and they said they had done it. The pharmacy still had not been called. I called connect care again and asked that they send the scripts again.The pharmacy closed having never gotten the prescriptions to fill. One was very important to maintain in the system in order to work! This is unacceptable

We had a great experience Thursday 5/9/24. I had a very sick toddler and the staff were so accommodating and helpful. She did not like being swabbed, but the ladies in triage did an excellent job keeping her calm. The NP Kristen did a wonderful job helping me stay calm during a very worrisome time and gave me great advice. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.

When our local hospital closed last October 2020, I was skeptical about the CareConnect new facility. Could they replace all the doctors that left Cuthbert and develop their own loyal clientele? Well, I don't know how many others have taken advantage of this incredible service, but my wife and I have now declared the CareConnect team here in Cuthbert, GA our Primary Care providers! They're not only all very professional, but also welcoming, efficient and medically accommodating. AND, they're available seven days a week, with our without appointments! No more long waits in the hospital "emergency room"! Hats off and many grateful thanks to the CareConnect team right here in little Cuthbert, GA!!

worst place to go. Wait is long. Staff not all are friendly. They don't clean rooms after a guest leaves. I know because I have been in there before with debrew on the floor, and another incident with a bloody cotton ball on the floor. The doctor told me a prescription she was sending in for my child, but when I arrived at the pharmacy called in something different. When I talked to her she resolved the problem. I was in there yesterday. Internet was down. My medicine still has not been called into the pharmacy. I called at 9 am was told to call back that they just opened when the internet says open 8AM. Now been calling 30 minutes and no answer. Might as well close them like the hospital!!! Not even one star but can't post without marking a star...
