I have been going to this office for years, and the new nurse practitioner Heather Kemp is AMAZING! I have brought both my children to see her, and she is always so sweet, kind, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. She has great bedside manner, and she is great with my kids! She has a way of calming their nerves, and they don’t mind coming to see her! The front staff are also great! They are always smiling, and helpful as well. I highly recommend this office.

I've visited this office several times over the past several months. The care provider team is phenomenal. The practitioner, Heather, is very competent and knowledgeable. She explained all of my medications to me and the reasons they would work for me. She is very thorough and compassionate toward her patients. The NP here is excellent. She treats based on your symptoms and doesn’t just prescribe just because. She truly cares and is willing to listen and refer if need be. I would 100% go back and recommend anyone to see her.

I went in for my yearly checkup, which I'm glad I did. I've had good checkups in the past, but this check-up was a bit more. Heather checked my asthma for the first time, thankful I'm good. My blood health was checked, but I was asked about some previous work to check on me. Long story short, I had both hips replaced, and it was caught here. Heather just wanted to make sure I was good and healing. This check-up caught me needing to make some life changes (not surprised), just thankful, and I can start making better decisions with what I eat.

First time see the new np. First red flag was when she wouldn't check for sinuses since that's why I was there. Sent me home saying it's just "Viral". Well full blown sinus infection now. I will not come back to this location. Dr wouldn't even check nose. I will use Americus for now on. Also the np nurse, was rude and didn't know what she 2as talking about.
