Usually, my review of this place is a 5 star review. I’ve never left feeling like I wasn’t taken care of my need were not met.
But, I came on January 23 after battling what I knew to be a sinus infection and ear infection for 3 days because I could not get out in the snow.

When I arrived today the front office was great. I got back in the room and the doctor came to see me. And her exact words were “you just have a cold. Use some peppermint oil”. Never in my life has a doctor said that before.
I left and went to another office, where I was then told I had a sinus infection, and was infection. I was sent home with a shot and 3 medications called in. So whoever was the doctor in there today, needs to know that her care towards patients and lack of concern was disrespectful and because of this I may never be back.

Went last night to be seen. The staff are great when your physically in the office but they sent my scripts to cvs and there were problems with them so I called care connect and spoke with Riley. She seemed to think I didn't know what I was talking about and treated me as tho I was stupid. When I finally got my point across she didn't want or feel the need to help me. Now with pneumonia I have to go out in the cold to handle everything my self. So yes one star because of her.

I was in and out quickly which was good. Diagnosed my problem and sent in rx. Thought it was strange that no one ever got my med list. They asked if I was taking other meds, I said yes, but they didn’t ask what those were, but called in an rx. I’m a pharmacist so I knew there were no drug interactions , but they didn’t know that I was. Anyway, could be quite serious if you go for something serious.

I'm so thankful for our wonderful CareConnect team in Forsyth! A couple months ago I had terrible pain, after regular business hours of course. I didn't want to have to wait at a hospital so I walked into our CC office. Liz and Catherine took amazing care of me! Catherine knew exactly what was happening, relieved my pain, and set me up with a plan to get me permanent relief! She was so kind, thorough, comforting, and knowledgeable. I wasn't just another chart to fill out before she went home for the day. I was her patient thar she needed to help. Everyone was wonderful and such a blessing to me!

Went in today for what I suspected was covid and sure enough it came up positive. When I asked for a doctor's note I got a a bit of hesitance because they said that my temperature was normal but no one ever took my temperature. The girl who worked me up didn't really act like she wanted to touch me which is fine. I understand germs but she didn't take my temperature. When I told the NP that I had been sick since yesterday she got quiet and said well we can't back date a work excuse and then she said your temperature was normal but before I left my house it was 100. I've been there several times and I've never been treated that way. It almost seemed like the NP thought I was faking. But I will say I didn't have to wait very long which is why I gave it the Stars I did. I wanted a work excuse because I needed one to go back to work. I'm not staying out of work because I want to. I don't want to get other sick, especially with covid . Compassion goes a long way in healthcare.

Such a great addition to Forsyth! When the Forsyth Primary Pediatric’s After Hours wasn’t open for a stint, this place was quicker to get in with then driving and waiting at the Macon Primary Pediatrics! They are quick.
