This is the most wonderful place I can go to and get the care I need.The ladies at the front desk are amazing when I call and need something they take care of it as soon as they can and respond back to me quickly. The nurse practitioner and the nurses are amazing as well they go beyond to make sure you are taken care of and they also make sure you’re feeling better cause they will bring you back in about 2 or 3 days just to make sure you’re feeling better. I commend Butler Care Connect and will continue to go there with the warm and pleasant welcoming they have.

Very glad to have this office in our county. They are always willing to work patients in their schedule. There has been several times to where I needed to be seen last minute and spoke with Brittany and she was quick to get me scheduled the next day. She even called me back not long after making the appointment and let me know that they could see me the same day. The providers and staff are very professional and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend everyone to this location!

I always have a positive experience anytime I visit Butler Care Connect. The staff goes above and beyond to provide the best care and service, especially Shelby Johnson. She is the absolute best at what she does; a true advocate for her patients. Her friendly attitude and the compassionate way in which she communicates with the patients is what truly makes the difference. Her medical knowledge and skills are unmatched by any. The entire staff at Care Connect Family Practice of Butler have always been very professional and helpful. Lori Taylor NP has always been so helpful and is extensive in caring for her patients' healthcare needs. All staff genuinely care for each patient and listen to their needs. It is not a rush in and get you out clinic just to see the next patient facility. You are heard and treated for your needs with the support of all staff.

There’s one in particular Shelby Johnson I look forward to going when I know she will be there she is very professional and so nice I hope she never leaves care connect in Butler it just wouldn’t be the same without her working there!

I've been go to careconnect for 5 years. They are amazing group that works there.
The nurse Stephanie Allen that calls you back is awesome person, she so friendly and she can fine a vein in a person that has hard to fine vien. Lori Taylor she listens to her patience, works hard to get the care the person needs and she show how she cares. I don't want to go anywhere else.
