The staff were so amazing. All thanks to their help, my Jeep Patriot was back up and running with a brand new battery and terminals in no time!! Even despite all of my countless and silly questions, they never made me feel uncomfortable with my complete lack of car knowledge. THAT in itself made my entire experience completely worth it. I can't forget to mention that they saved me from wasting $$ verses my previous two experiences elsewhere.

When i first started looking at ExMark mowers I went to my local dealer, Catquest in Kingsland. I made several trips and everytime I was treated like royalty. Lisa was very helpful (on the phone) had 1 part in stock that I was able to cross reference off google for my semi truck ! The truck stop down the road didn’t have any hydraulic filters nor any power steering fluid so that’s what led me here & by luck they had it!

Inside they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I left with the power steering fluid and filter I needed. And returned shortly for more fluid along with hose clamps!

Eric was awesome ! Thanks again saved me a trip to Jacksonville or Savannah to find a KW dealer

On an rv trip up the coast, our rv threw a belt right on I95. Called and spoke with Lisa who confirmed they had the needed parts and even offered to drive them out to us. Two more phone calls for additional parts and each time they had fair prices and were nice enough to bring them to us. Thanks to them my husband was able to replace the belts, saving us having to tow the rv for repairs. Fair prices, friendly faces, and fantastic customer service!

My part I wanted came in but then 2 days.
Zack and his crew are awesome. I had problems with my battery today. Had my 19 month grandson with me. Scott got me all fixed up so me and my grandson could get on our way. This is my part store now. No more Advance I couldn't find my name in the system.
