Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. They do not do their due diligence To fill prescriptions by law, They are a scam. There is no law requiring a pharmacy to only fill a controlled Substance prescription if you have a non controlled substance prescription as well. I only needed my one medication and their “rules” and “policies” caused me to purchase 2 prescriptions of antibiotics for absolutely no reason. And on top of that, they don’t take any discounts either. I only chose this place to Support a private pharmacy Because less than a year ago, I used to come here and only get the one controlled substance prescription And they would fill it within 10 minutes. But it looks like they stopped caring about people and only care about the money As well as looking good for the authorities. My guess is they have a shady past and got caught doing something illegal, I mean, just look at this ghetto place. My family has worked in the health industry for over 16 years and we are going to be as loud as we can and spread the words: BEWARE OF CARRELL PHARMACY

We cannot thank the pros at Carrell Pharmacy enough for all of their patience, help & kickass customer service skills.
We waited over two weeks for an inhaler with one of the larger chain pharmacies telling us every day that it would be in “tomorrow”.
I finally started calling around and Carrell Pharmacy said they have it. They worked with me in how to get the prescription sent from the doctor, how to pay over the phone & it was ready to be picked up in a couple of hours.
Everyone I spoke with is really nice but Liz is my superstar.
Hopefully the inhaler will start to work soon & we’ll all be able to breathe easy.
I’d recommend Carrell Pharmacy to everyone.

From the outside it gives you the feel of a Nice little mom and pop pharmacy.

Wonderful place! Always treated so kindly. Fast service. Great vibe as soon as you walk in the store. Very clean! The pharmacist's are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Magda and San and everyone else .professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Magda actually recognizes my voice when I call. I forgot to call for refills resbently. I came home and my husband said both our rx came automatically. I love this place.
