I have been happily going here for over ten years. Dr. Pyle is an amazing doctor; she is thorough and she is kind. The rest of the staff is so helpful too. They are always willing to explain my insurance benefits to me, and I have even had great help picking out new frames. I have taken children for appointments as well, and they are great with kids. I even kept using this office when I moved far away because I have just been so happy with them.

I saw Dr Pyle today for the first time. I was very happy. The office was very professional and very clean. Dr Pyle explained everything. I wish I would have know about her several years ago. By far it was the best eye doctor office that I have ever been to. Thank you too Michelle for recommending the Bistro for lunch. It was very good.

I had my annual eye exam today. My optometrist was Dr Michelle Pyle O.D.
Dr Pyle, Dr Soriano and the staff there exemplify empathetic and thorough eye care. They really go the extra mile.

Dr Pyle took the time to answer all of my questions and to explain the things I didn't understand. Sarah, the young lady who prepped me was courteous and made me feel right at home.

I highly recommend the doctors and staff at Carthage Eye Care. You won't be disappointed.

I went in with my husband. We both had eye exams. I paid $1000 for 2 pair of glasses and my exam for contact exam. They refused to give me my prescription for the contacts! Will never go back!!

Called to MAKE SURE they would accept my daughters insurance and was assured they did so I went ahead and booked the next available appointment (which was in 4 weeks). Went to check in the day of my daughters appointment and was told they could not accept our insurance. LAINEY at the front desk was incredibly rude as well and made it very obvious that she would not be helping us. Would not recommend booking an appointment!
