If you love and respect your seniors don't take them here, facility is filthy, shouldn't have to request to have a private room cleaned after 7 Days of nobody coming in cleaning) management is clueless, there's a spider in a spider web in between the mini blind and the wind filthy window that you couldn't even see out of it because it was so filthy, obvious dried BM on the walls, the staff is either incompetent by choice or they just don't care, they can't uphold company standards including state laws, my family member was terminally ill and they didn't answer the call light for 30 minutes (habitually late, considering there is a state law that requires that a call light to be answered within a time limit) by the time somebody finally strolled in it was too late!!! Facilities like this should be fined and sued! My family took care of most of our mother's needs and the staff's assistance was required at a bare minimum and they couldn't even do that! Shameful!

Nasty place!! I wouldn't bring my dog here!! Cockroaches all over and people with scabies!! The list goes on...
And for the people saying the one's leaving bad reviews are most likely the ones who got fired for being toxic...that whole place is toxic!! And there absolutely are bugs AND scabies!! Being a resident you wouldn't know whether or not there were such conditions with people now would you I think not!! I saw it daily in the 3 years I worked there!!

The nurses are always friendly and the aides know their patients well. The Director of Nursing is always on top of things and always very helpful.

I worked with chr for 2 years, both full-time and prn. The residents are the best part of the job! I got a great deal of experience working here and can now take that with me. I'll forever miss my residents and their happy faces.

My name is Alexander Moran in 2022 and they fired me because I listen to the med nurse that’s over the nurses when they told me to go grab the person that used to take care of a client that was there not gonna mention names and then there’s times that I would work three hallways and they want you to get vitals done in like an hour or back then I don’t like women working for this place or even seeing your family here because they don’t give a crap. But there are good workers in the facility, but they’re being overrun by people that don’t care so they are trying their best, but they can’t exceed and doing their best Because how some people don’t wanna do the work and then they take credit for that work when they ask someone else to do it

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not send your loved one here unless you want them to die. Nasty facility-dirty,stinks, staff is two faced and doesn’t care for patients. My father was here and if I wouldn’t have demanded they call an ambulance to take him to the ER he wouldn't be here today, they had to be giving him something, he was wasn’t himself always depressed, seeing things or sleeping. He went to the hospital for 3 days improved when he was away from this place and is now walking, laughing, not depressed and not seeing things. He is now moved to another place and is thriving and walking and doing therapy and back to his normal self. Weird how he just improves so greatly when I got away from this awful place.

Please avoid this place for the sake of your family member and your peace of mind.

My mother was sent to this facility a few years ago, after breaking her hip in a fall. I honestly did not have the greatest expectations;as she was notoriously 'difficult'. She refused to stay seated, refused to ask for assistance when transferring, would trip over her oxygen tubing etc., etc...My goodness, she gave those poor CNAs a run for their money. Fortunately, we as a family were able to recognize that no matter how hard the staff tried to keep her from hurting herself, short of restraining her (which certainly could not happen), if she was determined to try to walk around with a broken hip, well then, that's what she was going to do, lol.
The CNas were amazing and attentive, the housekeeping team kept the place looking nice and the nurses were caring and helpful.
The rehabilitation team was wonderful, as well.
Although her stay there was short, it left a positive and lasting impression upon me. Have definitely recommended this place.
The only area that I can see that would need improvement would be the pay rate of the staff that is most hands on with the residents on a daily basis. My mother was quite sad to learn that her 'girls' weren't paid as well as she thought they should be. As I said, she was difficult 🙂
