Been waiting on my transfer for a month.. they sent it to the wrong address, got it sent back and then thought it would be a good idea to send it via USPS and can’t get delivered to FFL transfer in Arizona, so whenever their snail mail fire arms get here I have to convince the store owner to get him self or his employees over to usps to sign for it and bring it back to their store to sign over to me. What a joke. Deal with experienced people or wait months for your firearms to get transferred.

Store is very nice
Seems to have a descent amount of stock and fair prices. But they need some SERIOUS customer service training. Been there 3-4 different times but this last time and I do mean LAST time was the worse! Waited at counter for salesman to finish with his customer, he walked off, never returned. Another gentleman came up. We asked for assistance need to buy a gun need to fill out The paperwork, he starts to handle the paperwork to us, then sets it aside goes and takes care of another customer, never returns. Another guy comes in and out of the section where we’re at finally I ask him can you help us? Can you continue with the paperwork so we can get this rolling since you close at six and it’s 440. He begins to help us then some short out of shape rude “big man at the donut shop” worker comes over and aggressively starts getting in our space because my husband told them what I wanted to buy and because he told them what gun I wanted to buy this guy thought he knew the whole story and proceeded to talk to us like we were stupid white trash . Even as we walked off and said we won’t even do business here he continued to mouth us that’s when I turned around and said I’ve been in customer service for over 30 years and you sir need to be trained in customer service because you have none, I then proceeded to walk outside and meet up with the owner Ben, who as most every owner says, and I quote. I will definitely have a talk with him about that , sure you will, you shouldn’t have to. Your people should already be trained in customer service before they work in customer service, I shouldn’t have to experience anything so rudely as that guy and then have you appease me with I’ll have a talk with him. I don’t know about you but when you’re gonna spend good money at a merchants store. The least they could do is hire people who are clean, decent groomed and have manners and customer service. They all wanna make the big money and be paid for what they’re worth well when your customer service is zero probably should not be customer service. Very disappointed, was looking forward to doing much much more business there, but we will not return.

Just went into the new fredricktown store to get some arrows made. I believe the tech was Mike, not positive on that. Well, I brought one if my arrows in to use as a reference for the new ones. The tech noticed something that would have, WITHOUT A DOUBT, cost me a deer this fall. My nock was bent. Everything went smoothly and quickly. Highly recommend.
