From the moment I stepped into the Center for Dental Excellence, I knew I was in for a uniquely pleasant dental experience. The atmosphere was welcoming, setting a tone of professionalism mixed with genuine care.

Jessica, my dental assistant, was the epitome of efficiency and friendliness, seamlessly preparing me for my appointment with Dr. Nowicki. Her expertise was evident, and her warm demeanor significantly eased any nerves I had. Dr. Nowicki himself was remarkable – not only in his dental proficiency but also in his ability to make a typically mundane procedure feel engaging and reassuring.

The highlight of my visit, however, was the exceptional customer service provided by Carol and Carly. Carol, with her thorough knowledge and patience, walked me through my dental plan, making what could have been a complex and dreary process surprisingly straightforward and clear. Carly, the dental hygienist, was nothing short of fantastic. Her attention to detail during the cleaning process and her tips for maintaining oral health were invaluable.

In conclusion, the Center for Dental Excellence lives up to its name, offering a level of care and professionalism that's rare in today’s healthcare environments. It’s refreshing to find a dental practice that I actually look forward to visiting. Kudos to the entire team for making dental health not just a necessity, but a pleasant journey.

Dr. Nowicki made space in her schedule to examine my tooth before I left on a trip. She advised me how to take care of it so that it would not be a problem and spoil our vacation.

Dr. Nowicki is quite possibly the best dental office I've ever had the pleasure of going to. My first appointment was just an exam so that the doctor could provide a thorough evaluation of my teeth and go over any concerns. They took an x-ray from every possible angle and spent almost an hour examining my mouth. I was totally impressed by the level of detail they took just to simply do an exam!!! My cleaning went smoothly and then a small procedure I had to have done went off without a hitch. Everyone is very professional and kind. Carol, who schedules and deals with financing, could not be nicer. She emails, texts AND returns phone calls....shocking, I know!!! A breath of fresh air to have a company put customer service and and their patients comfort first.

The administrative staff is always friendly and helpful when securing appointments and keeping us updated with reminders of these appointments as well as billing details. Their enthusiasm and pride in working there is very obvious and welcomed.
The hygienist's are experienced top flight professionals who have been working there for years and are a fine testament to the Center's overall practise. It is always reassuring to be treated by someone that you know well and respect.
We have had the gamut of dental procedures over the years from normal cleanings to implants. Every procedure was completed with utmost care and success. We have extreme confidence with all of their dental procedures and are extremely grateful to them for their kindness, concern, and professionalism.
Our children are grown now, have their own families and remain patients of the Center. Our enduring relationship with the Center for 30 years is indicative of our utmost respect and admiration for their practise.
