I love this facility and all the staff. Dr. McCain and all the staff are the best. They pay attention, they listen and they’re knowledgeable about what they’re doing. More importantly, besides the care they stay on top of the things you need for when you get home.

I have been receiving wound care for about a month from this facility. I have found this facility and all of its employees to be extremely professional, caring and treat patients with empathy and respect. Dr. Floyd and all of her staff are so friendly and make you feel like family. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and highly recommend this facility.

Let me start by saying that the technician Dedi is very caring, professional, compassionate and courteous, it is a pleasure going through this process with her. It's amazing what this treatment has done for me in just a couple of sessions. I was impressed about the knowledge of the staff. Very caring, but what I didn't like was the way they did the billing. I was totally shocked when the sent me a bill for a little over $800. I'm on Medicare but $800? They should have let me know about the HIGH copay. I'm struggling to pay that high amount. They should have some type of assistants the should be a member of the HOPE program
