The nurses (Christina and Beverly) are amazing. They are so kind and caring, and not just with my dad (the patient) but the entire family.
They answer any and all questions, even when they are not here. You can tell they really are meant to be nurses. We can't say enough wonderful things about them!

I adore Beverly and Cristina as they have been with me from beginning to end. It was so nice knowing that they would be coming to see me but also knowing I could contact them any time if I needed. Talk about above and beyond. These nurses hold a very special place in my heart.

I like some of the nurses. The only one issue is no one was able to provide me with the right medication box because I don’t fit into the normal category. Also my meds need to be called in. So I can concentrate on my health.
Also it’s important to have the same nurse every week so that no mistakes are made. Would your medication‘s and nurses also need to be respectful and make sure that they do not talk bad about a client which is a text message was sent to me and instead of the other Nurse saying I was ranting and raving, but it’s important that my meds are done correctly And that they match what I have and what the VA has.

Nurses that come to fill up my pill box do not fill it up correctly and ignoring my list. A text message was sent to me which was meant for another nurse, stating I was ranting and Ravi g snd spelling my name wrong. I don’t get the same nurse every week which leaves room for errors. Now if I was a nurse and made this error I would have been fired. This also resulted in me not getting my meds correctly and I count on them to help me so that I can concentrate on my health.

My mother was released 2 weeks ago from rehab and we haven't heard a thing from CenterWell. Good luck getting services to start with this company!
