From experiencing large gyms i would choose Central Fitness 10 times over. They have every bit if equipment needed in order to have a great workout. The machines are clean and well kept. During staffed hours there is always a smiling face greeting you and asking how you are.

I came in from out of town to spend time at the lake with my family. Stopped into this gym the morning after arriving and got signed up for a week pass with the owner in less than 5 minutes. The gym is great and had everything I needed. The owner is friendly and the atmosphere in the gym was phenomenal. With the 24/7 access it made it easy to get my workouts in early in the morning and then have the rest of the day to spend vacationing. Recommend this gym 110% to anyone in the area looking for a great place to work out.

This is my local gym that my wife and I attend. Ownership has continued to improve the gym pretty much since the first day we enrolled by adding new equipment and services as well as remodeling the interior to make it more user friendly and intuitive.

The owner, who is a super nice guy you are sure to encounter regularly, is a military veteran and the interior has a military theme to match. He posts a daily workout on the dry erase board which is great for new folks looking for some structural framework.

Pricing is cheap and the gym is open 24 hours with access granted via a key fob. It can get busy as the peak times you would expect at any gym, but I have never really had to wait for a machine or piece of equipment to use. Parking in the exterior lot is ample. Overall, there is a great place to get your workout in for an affordable price.

When I joined Central Fitness I also signed up for 10 personal training sessions with Rachel. Knowing it had been awhile since I had been regularly exercising, I knew I could use some guidance on getting started without pushing too hard and getting injured, and also getting into a regular routine of going to work out. Rachel was wonderful! I met with her twice a week for five weeks. We had effective and fun workouts. She was always prepared with a plan for the day and was encouraging along the way as I increased the weight I was lifting and getting more comfortable in the gym. She walked me through all the equipment for quick reminders of how the machines worked. I thoroughly enjoyed my time working with her and will not hesitate to book more sessions if I find I need additional support getting myself to the next level.

We have been utilizing the facilities at Central Fitness since early January, 2023. We also just completed six weeks of training with Rachel Taylor, the gym's personal trainer. She is amazing to work with and we highly recommend her. Given our ages (69 & 70) we wanted to be certain we were using the equipment properly so that we did not injure ourselves. Rachel evaluated our general fitness and abilities at our initial session and developed a workout program for us that met those goals while still challenging us. She is a wonderful motivator and actually makes working out fun! We have continued three days a week with the program Rachel developed for us, so it is definitely one that we can maintain on our own with confidence.

Chris, the owner of the gym, is constantly upgrading and maintaining the equipment and facility. It is clean and well-run with a wide variety of cardio and strength machines and weight-lifting equipment.

You owe it to your healthy future to check out Central Fitness, it's never too late to take care of yourself.

Clay Neely has no clue what he’s talking about, guess he’s just hyper sensitive. Gave a huge discount to a group of paratroopers looking to train at an ideal gym that supports every type of training. Owner is a patriot, veteran, team player, and overly supportive of all gym members. Top 5 gyms I have ever worked out in.
