I came here today and saw Dr. Viviana Rios, after feeling like I have something in my eye for the last couple of weeks. When I originally called to schedule an appointment, I spoke with Sierra, who was able to get me an appointment very quickly. The office is easy to find, it is big, and very beautiful inside! It's clean, seats are taped off to abide by social distancing guidelines, and staff is friendly and helpful! Dr. Rios was able to do some tests where she was able to see that there was indeed something in my eye. She answered all of the questions that I had, and even double checked my eye to make sure everything was out of there. I liked my experience so much that I'm going to continue coming here to get my eyes checked, as well as get new glasses and contacts. I definitely recommend Central Florida Eye Center!

Dr Verkaik is great! She was very knowledgeable and personable. She talked to my teenager as she was the patient, made sure she understood everything. Because she will adult soon and needs to be a good historian. Also the staff was lovely and efficient! Great place 10/10 definitely recommend!

Every person was extremely friendly and with a smile. I walk slow and they lead me at my pace. They explained every step of the test and the doctor went threw all results so I understood all the results. There was a problem when the tech was adjusting my frame and cracked it (accidents do happen). Your people resolved the issue beyond my expectation. I feel I made the choice to come here. Thank each and every one of you for outstanding service.

I absolutely love this eye Doctor's office!!!!
My son who wasn't even an established patient yet. He got something in his eye at his school.
Instead of having to go to the hospital Doctor Glass got him in the same day to check his eye!
That shows how much of a caring and compassionate Doctor she is. My sons eyes came out fine.
Dr. Glass prescribed him drops.
And his eye cleared up with no damage.
Yesterday was my first experience as a patient with her.
It was an absolutely great experience from the front desk, to the super kind assistants and Dr.
Glass and the woman who is in the eye glass shop.
She was so patient with me as I was picking out prescription glasses for the first time in my life.
Unfortunately I forgot her name but she was extremely helpful when I was choosing a pair.
I'm also tremendously excited about getting my new glasses from there!
I actually texted my sisters the same day as my exam to refer them because I was so overjoyed with my experiences there!

You are welcomed as soon as you enter the office. Staff is friendly. Staff is very efficient. Your questions are answered immediately.
You are moved from station to station smoothly. The office is very quiet and this gives you a calming feeling. I am a retired RN and feel very confident in the care I receive in this office. This is important to me. I will write again....I feel very confident in the care I receive.

I have been coming here for years and the doctors here are wonderful. The lady who always helps me with my glasses tries to veto my choice due to my face shape, this time I listened because I've been told my glasses make my face look even longer, so I listened and got a pair that fit my face shape better. So far they are fantastic! Plus, I no longer look under my glasses.
