Always friendly and helpful staff. There are three Chancys in my county so they help each other which is awesome. They have a drive through and offer free delivery within a five mile radius. They do in house compounds and have knowledgeable pharmacist because I ask a million questions.

Chancy purchased my former pharmacy, which provided excellent, timely service. I have had nothing but trouble getting my prescription filled since Chancy took over. I have to make multiple calls to multiple locations to track down where my prescription is and everyone I talk to is confused. I'm very disappointed with my experience so far.

Chancey knew I had trouble and delay for days in trying to get my Dr to send them a refill Rx. Once Chancey finally received the Rx, they took the initiative to rush the preparation --without me even asking them to rush it. Very cool! They really do care.

Our vet needed some medicine made for my pup to specifically fit his needs. He gave them a call and they quickly got it made up and gave me step by step instructions on administering. They were very caring and courteous on the phone and in person. Will definitely use them again!

I'm not sure what's going in here lately but the care that I once notice with the First Impression Specialist over the phone has been rather low. My account seems to never be notated for delivery only, and this was an issue I escalated in September 2022, just to have to experience it again less than 2 weeks ago. Then Becky (if I recall correct) wanted to debate me about meds I know were sent over because it was in MyChart and I had the print out from the doctors office for my aftercare. I love this company and everything they stand for with their patients but I wish they express to the staff the importance of the 1st Impression Specialist role!

Great reviews over all and like any establishment it’s a business where word of mouth Carries a lot of weight. However when you interview someone TWICE, and tell them they will hear from you within 5 days either way, for a month to go by and no communication (via email, or phone) it leaves a bad taste in what could have been a potential customer as well. When you give someone your word, stick to it.
