I have been here a few times in the past 2 years. Am here ahain today. Staff is great. Practioners are great. I especially like that they are open on Saturdays. I would recommend this urgent care facility, especially to the people in the Lafayette and Rising Fawn areas. ❤️

By far the worst experience ever. Denied my medical card when it was valid they were just to lazy to check then came back in with my autistic son after I called first to make sure he could get seen quickly and had to wait for over an hour and a half to finally be seen while he was in full meltdown. I asked if they had any accommodations for disabilities to which I was told to go to a pediatrician next time. Rude and horrible staff!

Horrendous patient care. Front desk women may be the worst at their job in the entire town and it takes 40 minutes to get a shake at Sonic. I requested a refill for a prescription I’ve been on for over a decade. 3 weeks later, they didn’t refill it or call me about it. I called them and they said they haven’t seen me since the year prior and I needed to come in for an appointment because it’s proper “patient care.” I thought this was cute because wouldn’t “patient care” have been calling me when you saw the refill request to make an appointment? Instead I waited almost a month for a life saving drug because the front desk lady’s “patient care” means patronizing everyone who calls. Horrendous patient care and borderline negligence. Even made passive aggressive comments when I asked for the simplest process to get my prescription refilled because I work a real job that goes beyond eating snacks and avoiding responsibility. Will never return despite living 7 minutes away. Hope the place shuts down.

This situation occurred a couple months ago and my wife thought I was being over dramatic. She just got off the phone with them this morning and told me how terrible the lady on the phone was and that she was passive aggressive and can’t comprehend how this woman acts this way and still has a job.

The receptionist looked like she was still drunk from the night before. The nurse practitioner forgot that she was going to give me a shot, finally came back to the room and was very condescending and said, you can leave now! When I told her she was supposed to give me an injection she acted like it made her mad. Then she forgot to order me a inhaler at my pharmacy! The people of Lafayette deserve better medical attention than this!

We have been to this clinic on a few occasions, and we were very impressed with the level of care we received, the professionalism and the concern the staff had for our wellbeing. If you don't have insurance, they do everything they can to work something out with you. Carla works very hard and diligently at the front desk to make sure all the information is correct. We have been seen by nurses Emily and Cindy; we couldn't ask for better nurses, they gave us their full undivided attention, it was very obvious that we were their priority, they wanted to best for us and they provided the best level of care for us that they could.

I will definitely be back and I have recommended this place to everyone.

The receptionist Whitney, I beleive, was the most unpleasant, rudest, unprofessional, and judgemental person I have ever dealt with...ever. I saw Dr. Betts as a new patient and I was not impressed. Just read his reviews, it's all true. So I called to switch doctors and she says " They aren't going to give you any narcotics " I wasn't there asking for narcotics! I have thyroid and high blood pressure issues and Dr.Betts isn't the kind of doctor that acts like he cares or gives you any suggestions. He just sits there and types what you are saying, he doesn't respond. It was terrible. I had a very bad experience. Looking for a good doctor should not be this hard and the receptionist should keep their mouth shut about ASSUMING people are switching doctors to get narcotics.

They discriminate against people who medically can't wear masks. Crazy that almost 4 years later, we still have to deal with that. Went a year ago and told them I couldn't. Was told it was fine by the old lady who answers phones. Waited an hour in my car, then was told by the same old lady I had to put one on to be seen even though we already talked and I said I absolutely couldn't. Which was why I waited in my car. Called back today to see if it was still like that and the same old lady answered and when asked about the ridiculous mask policy, she got mad when she was reminded it was her who turned me away and hung up on me.

I went here this morning after having had a migraine for 4 days. I was Desperate to get rid of it. I live in Lafayette and saw that this place was close to my house. I got taken back pretty quickly. I saw a PA by the name of Emily and she was so thorough, so caring and took the time to explain things to me. She had also given my anti nausea medicine just in case the migraine medicine/antibiotics made me nauseated. She really thought of everything and I truly felt like she cared. Most of the time I have gone to an urgent care I don't receive that level of compassionate care. If I do happen to have to come back I hope to see her again. Definitely top notch customer service.
