Honestly, I don't think I could've asked for a better first time experience. I just moved up to Lafayette and was looking for a new family practice. I was honestly a little skeptical by the reviews but I decided to give it a shot. Here's what I personally experienced:

• Facility - Very clean, well-maintained, nicely decorated and comfortable. The building is clearly signed with the practitioner's names to ensure you wind up at the right place. I was having an off morning and didn't notice it, walking into a lobby I thought led to the same place, which leads me to...

• Staff - The staff were extremely friendly and cordial. When I first walked into the wrong entrance there was no one at the counter, but when they saw me someone came out with a smile, apologized, and, after explaining myself, politely directed me to the correct door with no shade or ill manner at all. When I found the correct spot, the staff in that lobby were equally great. I was greeted with smiles and pleasantness which persisted the whole time. The nurse/medical assistant who helped me before seeing Dr. Betts was so good-humored, chipper, and pleasant; the rest of the staff were also friendly, relaxed, and jovial. She was very conversational and gentle as she inquired into my medical history and did some standard tests. Then Dr. Betts came in.

Honestly, just based on first impressions, he surprised me. He did not seem rushed, wanted to have an actual conversation, took his time with the procedure and, unlike past doctors, I didn't feel like a drag to him or I was wasting his time being there (he was also pretty quick getting into the room). We joked as he measured my breathing and took tests which made me feel so much more relaxed than I usually am in doctors' offices; it wasn't just a stale of cold atmosphere with no positive reinforcement or feedback, just stern reports.

The staff was just as great on the way out - I did not feel like I was being pushed out the door and they genuinely seemed like they were looking forward to my next appointment.

TL;DR: The facility is beautifully maintained, very comfortable, has a nice, relaxed, social atmosphere, the staff (again, based on first impressions) was so pleasant, skilled, and caring, and so far I feel confident and comfortable staying with them.

We have enjoyed the convenience of this office for many years. Friendly service that is usually without a long wait. Since COVID-19 regulations changed so many things they haven't been taking patients inside, but instead they have a practitioner visit the vehicle once parked under a "carport" type drive thru area. There were 2 of these areas last time I had to visit, and the service was still rather quick. A recent attempt was aborted due to the symptoms of my child and the triage advised they had already exhausted their supply of Flu test, so she was kind enough to suggest other clinics nearby with phone numbers for us to call and get status before driving north, south, or whatever. I ended up making an appointment with the regular pediatrician, and driving to Chattanooga the next morning.

I have to say, the wait and the time to see the doctor was great. I didn’t wait that long at all to see her, I think I caught her name it was Emily. She was so sweet, super informing and genuinely concerned about my health. However when it came to getting my prescription, failed miserably. I am currently fighting an inflamed bladder infection and left the office at 3pm. I called both the dr office and CVS with no sign of my prescription being sent in. Let me reemphasize I am currently fighting an infection with throbbing pain. The front office at creative care was great, but I really am in shock my perception wasn’t called in before the office closed considering I’m fighting an infection. I hope this isn’t a normal thing.

This was the ONLY medical facility I had used from 1988 to 2019. It's sad to see how this facility has gone down since my two lifetime doctors retired. I stayed here for a while afterwards because I was under the impression that my longterm medical records meant something but apparently they do not. Dr Smith and Dr Scoggins were exceptionally talented doctors. Sadly though, I don't expect to ever find that level of professionalism and patient care again. I quit taking my meds after
5 years because I was being made to feel like a criminal by a couple of the new doctors. Better to just suffer than to be humiliated, judged, and disrespected like that. The pharmacy didn't make it and the TV plays the same 10 second commercial over and over in the waiting area. Just turn it off. I do not recommend this facility as long as it is affiliated with CHI Memorial. You should use Hamilton, Redmond, or Erlanger Health care facilities. Memorial is not what it used to be.

If I could give this place and staff a NO STARS I WOULD! Tried for 3 weeks to get in as new patient. My doctors office that I had been with for years shut the whole office down so having to find another primary care doctor. Dr Daily turned me down because I was on pain management last September of 2017 IT IS NOW MARCH 2019!! I QUIT pain mngnt, do NOT want ANY NARCOTICS! Just wanted my Regular meds, the New patient coordinator Jennifer P. told Dr Daily the WRONG YEAR of when I stopped going to pain management. Now keep in mind this is AFTER THEY HAVE MY MEDICAL RECORDS ON HAND. If he would have bothered to LOOK at my records he would have seen the Error!! So now I’ve been without Zoloft for over a month and im seriously loosing my mind here and people wonder WHY crazy people running around without there Meds!! I bet you over half the cases is because of doctors who turn you away without Any regard to that persons mental well being or the public’s well being. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!

Glad to have them here. Have been going there for 3 -4 years and went in one time not feeling to good and after a brief examination and an ekg sent right on to the ER in Chattanooga and after further testing had 2 stents put in the next morning. If I hadn't done as directed I may not be writing this note. This is a small town and when colds and viruses hit sometimes it's a little slow BUT they don't just rush through to see the next patient, they treat you as an individual and not an assembly line. Nothing for me to say but good about facility.

I have some serious health issues and they will not call me back with my results on tests. I have had appointments with an imaging cetnter that the imaging center canceled because this office was to incompetent to send what was needed for insurance purposes... lost time from work having to chase down someone to send a simple fax or make a simple phone call so my appointments are canceled over and over... oh and I still after 2 weeks can’t get a call back with test results... won’t go back and got a new doctor. Dr. Story is not the problem here or Mrs.Day. The problem is their incompetent MA Ashley who is only rude and hateful because I’m apparently to much of an inconvenience for them so now I have to start all over with a new doctor. Dr.Story and Mrs. Day need new staff under them as I feel they are good doctors but the staff that is supposed to help these doctors are rude and do not do their jobs... if you can’t handle the fast pace of a Drs Office then Ashley by all means get a new desk job.

They are very unprofessional they will not listen and they don't care about you. Dr Bryan Daily even said he was going to put that I was rude and on my chart and send it to my other doctors. I have been saying that I been having headaches so bad I was throwing up and nose bleeds that was so bad it was coming out my mouth. After 2yrs of fighting with them I finally get a MRI of my neck. I had been telling them the whole time what the problem was.
I took a friend to see them and they pushed her to the side. She is almost 70 yrs. I need up taking her to the hospital and come to find she was having a heart attack and had to have open heart surgery they had to 4 bypass to her heart. They keep saying she had a ear infection....OMG...
