Dwight and his staff are always professional and informative. I’ve had my daughter’s glasses made here several times. From her infant glasses to her toddler and now her 5 year old frames. Dwight has sent glasses back to the manufacturer on a couple of occasions because he inspected them and didn’t think that they were made correctly. I have peace of mind knowing that my daughter wears the best pair of glasses that will help with her condition.

We have been going here for years….since my daughter needed her first pair of glasses at 9 months old and she is 9 now. For several years, we moved to Redlands and made the drive because we haven’t found any place like this one. Lots of options for kids and always have a good experience. Dwight always goes above and beyond to made sure we are happy and my daughter really works well with him.

Dwight was amazingly friendly! When I walked in, a child and her mother were already being helped by another employee (Dee Dee, from what I understand), happily. I was greeted excitedly by Dwight! He was super friendly, walked up to me, introduced himself and told me to sit anywhere I was comfortable with. I was told to fill out brief paperwork and was helped quickly.

Once I was done soon after, I was helped with glasses that were available for my insurance, he then left, gave me time to check them out on my own, gave me a thumbs up whether I was ready and then came back over. He even had me try on my favorites and helped me pick! Once done, he came through, wrapped me up and told me about a 2 week wait for my glasses pick up and then would call when ready.

I would recommend this place to anyone specifically because Dwight was so personable. It's nice in these insane times!! ?

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Called to get a quote on a new prescription, I spoke to Dwight and he was VERY RUDE! and I believe he's the owner. DISGUSTING! Just wanted a quote to compare prices and he just rushed me off the phone because he had "other customers" there. As if a customer on the phone isn't a priority as well.

I had my son has his glass done over this shop, first of all he told me l have to wait for two weeks to have my son glasses. But it was more than two weeks even l called for it,he said some one else has it done. When it is ready l don't get a call from him and is me who called up then only he answered he already try calling me and leave message but I did not get it. So before I pick up l called in the morning and I arrive later to pick up,at first he looks confused and kind of unfriendly. After he showed me the glasses I try to put on to try out to check if too loose for my son because my head almost the same size and my son that time attend school classes and I don't want to waste my time come back again. Some how he acted impatient to fix the frame to tighten it, act very rude to forcefully put on the glasses on me. I feel l shouldn't being treated like this way. Any how he tighten it but not perfect, in my heart I will never go back again
