Llevo 7 años recibiendo servicios de la compañía de Childrens First y la verdad que no puedo quejarme en nada. Como mama de un niño especial puedo asegurar que nada mejor que hallar un lugar que cumpla con todo lo que necesites. Donde quizás el tiempo de espera durante la llamada tal vez sea un poco tenso, quiero que sepan que cada minuto en espera se vale la pena ya que cuentan con un equipo super capacitado para responder cada una de tus dudas y/o preguntas. La flexibilidad de poder adaptarse a tu horario, la manera en la que ellas están en la mejor disposición para ayudarte y dar lo mejor de si como si fuéramos parte de ell@s es una muestra mas de que deberían tomar en consideración hacer de childrens first su primera opción de suplidos medicos y/o cuido PPEC. El servicio es espectacular y el trato que brinda el personal wow es super indescriptible. Algunas de las personas que recuerdo sus nombres en las llamadas porque realmente me ha marcado su servicio son: Maria, kiara, Melissa y Margarita. Pero si leen lo que escribí al principio es que llevo 7 años llamando y recibiendo el mismo servicio de la misma persona Ana Rodriguez. Si no han tenido la oportunidad de contactarla deberían hacerlo.

Si tuviera la opción de dar 10 estrellas, sin dudarlo los recomendaria. Aunque cabe destacar, que cada vez que visito al hospital, cita medica o veo mamas con niños especiales les pregunto cual es su compañia de suplidos medicos y les digo que se comuniquen con ellos. Les he hablado de muchas de mis experiencias con ellos y no pueden creer con la rapidez con la que pueden resolverte siempre y cuando este a su alcance. Una vez la maquina de alimentación de mi nene de madrugada dejo de funcionar y llame al on calla y no paso 1 hora que mi niño obtuvo su cambio de maquina. También un dia estaba haciendo diligencia y la maquina se quedo sin bateria y wow mis experiencias han sido super positivas.

I can't tell you how grateful I am to speak with Maria specifically from Children's First. She is personable, professional, and genuinely cares about her job as well as the parents and patients she is helping. I ask for her by name every time and as a special needs parent myself, I am very particular about who handles the appointments, specialities, supplies concerning my child. I wish they all could be as great as Maria is. Thankful for the customer service always.

Children's first is a great company, our supplies are always delivered on time. If there is any issues with any of our equipment they will never hesitate to make a house call.
Kiara is our main go to person for all our orders, she is very patience and understanding. She always has a solution to any concerns we might have. We have been with Children's first for over a year and never had and issues with supplies or formula.

I have been recieving pediatric peptide 1.0 formula from them for over 3 years now. The first 2.5 years were great for me, they tried to help me In many ways. Now about 4 months ago, I have had nothing but issues with getting my sons formula and if I don't call to stay on top of them to send my sons formula, we will not get our formula at all. Even after the staff reassuring me that everything has been done and it will b sent out. This month for example, I've had to call them 3 times before they would send his formula out which took an extra 5 days to get his formula so that would be at least 3 days without formula for my son if I didn't take it upon myself to pay almost $100 for 3 days of formula that his insurance completely pays for due to their negligence. I really hope something changes soon....

We were on Vacation in Orlando when a component of my child’s medical equipment malfunctioned, leaving him at risk to be unable to feed. Our DME in our home state could not help us

The team at children’s home medical equipment had the equipment we needed, and made sure it was delivered to our hotel on time.

Goldluxe Beauty Club

Absolutely the worst dme company, they are unprofessional and overstep their boundaries where your prescription is concerned. They called my drs office to ask them to change the amount of suction catheters my child can receive because they feel he can use 1 per week. They never return call to fix any issues and when they send your supplies there are always items on the list that you don’t receive but you still have to sign to say you receive them. I would not recommend them simply because no one ever seem to know who is responsible to fix any issue you have.

Bait and switch tactics. We were receiving formula for our child through them as it is his main source of nutrition. They called and confirmed the shipment would be sent out. Confirmed it was authorized through our insurance. A couple days later we received the formula all was well, then another couple days we receive a call from them stating they no longer accepted our insurance and we would have to pay the $1600 for the formula or send it back (which has some how shrunk down to $600). No prior notice was ever received from them they no longer took our insurance. If they had, we would have been able to find a new company which we have since. The problem is they confirmed it was authorized sent it to us and after receiving shipment notified us that we would have to pay them for it or send it back (which we couldn't do as that is my son's main source of nutrition). seems to be a bait and switch tactic as it was confirmed by them it was covered. We have been trying to talk with a supervisor for 2 months and have had 1 call back which went no where are now waiting on another supervisor to call back. You guys messed up don't pass the cost on to the consumer for your mistakes. Filing a complaint with the Florida department of financial services. Anyone else who is having issues should do the same.

**12/9/21 it's been over 2 weeks since we spoke with them. They said they would have a supervisor call us back after a week.
