I was in between primaries.... the web site advertised "labs" and "referrals", so I took a chance and went to this urgent care facility.

Positive -- Most of the employees were pleasant.. the place was clean and the wait was small.

Negative -- They told me I needed labs, but had no labs on-site and could not refer me. They also told me they don't do referrals. There were multiple doctors on-site, but they sent the PA in to see me. He seemed to be lacking in experience and knowledge.

If you have something stupid simple like pink eye, or are bleeding out and within minutes of the facility.. I'd give it a shot. Otherwise, steer clear.

My clinician who treated me, Holly, was very efficient in explaining my diagnosis and very helpful with explaining medication. She made me very comfortable and went above and beyond what was necessary. I truly appreciate how interested she was in giving me good care. Please say thank you to Holly and tell her she is a gem.

Used to love it but the new staff is there is horrible. How they tell someone who can't breathe to drive to the hospital cause they don't have all the co pay. But needs to split it to pay on 2 different cards, and they won't do it. Yall need new staff. And it wasn't even my issue. Then ask for the manager name and they wouldn't tell us. Wow just wow. Sad day for human kind. I will be calling in the morning. I just couldn't believe the in human way they was treating that women. They could have called an ambulance or billed her. Sad Just sad. All cause it was 730 they didn't want to help her.

Everyone I encountered at the facility was very professional. They treated me with respect. I was very relaxed and felt I was in very competent hands. Should the need arise again, I would definitely go back.

I like this location. It's clean, fast, close to my home and easy to book a spot, always available same day. Perfect when you need a care and your pcp office is not available or it's outside of working hours. Staff is friendly. Not my first visit and definitely not my last.

I was in and out in under 30mins. Everyone was very courteous from the lady checking me in to the young lady taking my vitals. It was my best experience at an urgent care facility. I will never go to another walk-in clinic.
