living here has been quite the experience. A good one.. I want to say Ms. Rachel is the best. She listens to us. She is like a mother to all. She shows great respect and understanding. If we bring her a problem. She is quick to respond. She gets things done. She's not afraid to let us know when we are wrong, but does it in a loving manner.
Everyone has love and respect for her.

Mom was placed there after a short stint in the hospital. We removed her 30 days later. During her 30 days she had contracted several acute illnesses. Staff lied about Medicare stopping pay so we would go on private pay. Seemed like they wanted my moms assets more than our Mom.

My dad came into this rehab as a dementia patient recovering from COVID. The speech therapist, Amy Ow, worked with him for breakfast and lunch to get him to eat. She was excellent, especially when his previous rehab, where he got COVID, lost his dentures. She is one of the best and they are lucky to have her. Please see my review of the facility.

I could not give a separate review. So here it is. They are not set up with staffing to take care of patients like my dad. He left the facility severely dehydrated and in Kidney failure. My dad needed more attention due to his dementia than they were staff to give them. To this I give them one star. My dad almost died. He has along ways to go to get back to the level of health that he had before entering this rehab.

It was really the best place the staff was great nurse jenn was awesome Samantha the aide was absolutely wonderful and I had O.T John was great and in P.T Taylor and Polly was so good. They were patient and wonderful I would come back again if needed

My step grandfather is there . Staff have been assertive and really kind . Staff drops everything they are doing to help when in need . Communication has been amazing . I get an update every week on how he is doing . Facility is really nice and clean . I would recommend the facility to all my family and friends . Keep up the good work!

The administrator Malcolm is very caring and thoroughly explains any questions or concerns you have as a patient or caregiver. Positively impressed with this facility.
