Best Passport office! Kathleen was amazing! I can’t believe I am writing a review for a passport office, but that is how good this place is. After being turned away from two other USPS locations, I came here not in the best mood. She was kind, efficient, and even gave the kids a prize of their choice.

I saw many good reviews about getting passport. But for me my experience here very bad. I called 4 times about Landscape and tree permit, no body returned my call since yesterday till now, I need my tall trees to be cut. I do not know why they never return my call whoever is in charge

Today was my first time going there to get my passport for the first time. Kathleen was the one that helped me with the process. She was very friendly, funny and helpful. She made the whole process painless. There were only two people ahead of me and everything was extremely quick. I highly recommend getting your passport done here. Nothing but great service. I came here for a passport and Greenacres city hall has there act together with the entire process. You scan to get in line before you enter.

The staff is more than friendly and extremely helpful every step of the way. The entire passport process was very easy as long as you have the proper paperwork and 2 separate checks.

I can’t thank all the staff involved in making this such an easy process.

First time here to get a passport for our baby. Beyond impressed with the efficiency and friendliness of this location. It was clean not overly packed. Get in line virtually with your phone and a QR code. Instructions were clearly explained and Alisa was so helpful and kind. She complimented our parenting and she played with our daughter when taking her picture so she would smile for her passport photo. They had a boppy for her to sit in and toys. One book she get to keep which entertained her on the drive home. It is a bit out of the way for us coming from Boca but man was it worth it. Would’ve taken so so so much longer doing photos at Walgreens and going to the post office. Highly recommend coming here for passport needs. Especially if it’s for a baby. Hopefully you get helped by Alisa!

Definitely should be better quality knowing I work with government, it's a bit sloppy based on given information on this and the website, had to take two trips to complete the actual application because there was NO INFORMATION on was the money orders for, how much it should be. Once arrived, it's based on a meat deli ticket machine, first come first serve. I've taken pictures for future reference because apparently it's super hard for GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES to be more CLEAR on what needs to be given
