I had a fantastic experience at City Optical in Tifton, Georgia! The staff there were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. Not only were they professional, but they also took the time to answer all my questions and provide expert guidance on choosing the perfect eyewear.

The office itself is beautifully designed and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. It's clear that they pay attention to even the smallest details to ensure a pleasant visit.

Not only did they fit us in their packed schedule, they took the time out of their day to listen to his needs and establish a relationship with him and myself. My wife and I got a new pair of glasses here last August because our regular eye doctor was going to take a month just to get an appointment. Dr Baker and crew took us right away and we both had a new pair of glasses in about a week. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
I had a boo-boo with my glasses this morning and went by and got tremendous service. This is definitely our place for glasses.

Was very happy with my sons eye visit today. They don't just stick your face in a machine and hand off the reading. Dr baker actually performs a thru exam. Not a computer exam. My sons 10 and decided on contacts she took her time in his contact training. We both left happy. Prices are reasonable especially when paying out of pocket. I've paid more at other offices under insurance. We will be returning.

My old frames broke and they were a year out of warranty. Because I had recently had my lenses changed and put into the old frames, John Hall, the owner moved my new lenses to a comparable frame at NO CHARGE! That is above the call of duty. You can buy mail order glasses cheaper but service like that comes from a very good person

I’m visiting from out of town and had accidentally sat on my wire frame glasses popping out a lens. I went to City Optical to have the lens secured. The staff were so friendly and helpful and secured the lens, checking all of the screws and cleaned my glasses at no charge. If I lived in Tifton, I would definitely give these folks my business.

Personally this was a great visit. The nurses/front desk ladies were amazing and very informative, willing to break down even the slightest questions I had. ? Dr. Baker was very professional and also willing to throughly explain everything. The only negative thing was pricing. The visit itself wasn't bad but the glasses we a little out of budget however they do offer payment plans and other options which was super helpful. All in all it's just a great place to go for vision health. I will most definitely be returning.
