First thing I have to say is the employees here are the kindest, most hard working individuals I have met. They are always friendly to me and my baby, I love coming just to see everyone.

The store itself needs a lot of work. It's a bit outdated. The produce is always hit or miss. They either have the produce needed or they don't. And often times it's rotting.

There is also minimal options. Not a ton of variety on basic items. There is a lot of dead space where there could more shelves and more options.

Overall I'm grateful we have Clarks and hope to see more improvements!

I don’t typically write reviews but had to share about my recent experience at Clark’s. The doctor recently put me on a very restrictive diet so I showed up to the store a bit lost with a list of different healthy alternatives to cook with. Jewel noticed me scanning the isle for something and was super sweet to walk me around the store and help me find the items on my list. There was one item that they didn’t carry and she went out of her way to actually order it for me while I was in the check out line. “Next time you come in, it’ll be right in this spot.” WHAT!? Y’all, I can’t even! That was next level, exceptional customer service. I have NEVER had a store offer to stock something for me. I felt so valued as a customer, especially as I try to navigate these somewhat frustrating new diet restrictions. Needless to say, I’ve done most of my grocery shopping there since.

Oh and not to mention, the people running the front registers are absolutely darling: always friendly, offering smiles and even the occasional candy as customers pay. Also, they play the music a little louder in this store so grocery shopping is a total vibe.

I’ve lived in Parachute for almost half a decade and am barely realizing what a gem of a store we have here in our little corner of the world… it’s got those small town, friendly vibes that remind me just how much I love this community!

The store is great. Helpful Staff, well stocked and clean. The Pharmacy is where the customer service goes to die. If you have any insurance issues or you are not doing well be prepared for Samantha or Tony to talk down to you like you are an idiot. Be sure to know exactly how insurance works and who to contact PRIOR to calling them unless you want to be berated. You would think dealing with sick or hurting people would come with a level of empathy. You would be wrong. Thats when your bad day becomes their power trip. Which is a shame because the other staff members do go out of their way to help. If you have no empathy for hurting people perhaps stocking shelves is better suited?

This review is for the pharmacy only. The pharmacy staff is absolutely amazing! I have been using Clark's pharmacy for 8 years and it's so wonderful, so friendly. They treat you with courtesy and respect, and I feel they go above and beyond to take care of me and my family's needs.

I love using my local pharmacy. The pharmacist is awesome and I love that he works with you. The store is a nice store to have nearby the prices are a little high but there isn't taxes which is nice. I love the salad bar for lunch.

I've lived in a few small towns with horrible markets. Seems like a lot of people prefer other stores, but I'll go for a few items or even a grocery trip. Paying a little more on some items makes up for the drive elsewhere. Clark's is clean and organized. They offer more than I expected. Products are easy to find and staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
