1 ⭐️ too many. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! 1st visit waited 45 min. to be called back. They sent me home with trial contacts that weren't my prescription because they didn't have the right ones. Couldn't see obviously because they were wrong for my vision. They ordered trials that were supposed to the right ones. Still couldn't see. I came back to have them check my eyes again. They couldn't find me in the system because they put my husband birthday in the system rather than mine. Waited an hour this time to be seen. The assistant Angel didn't even know my near sighted eye from my far. I needed a prescription for dry eye. I showed Angel the address to the pharmacy on my phone. She called it in to the wrong pharmacy. Again they didn't have the right trials to send me home with so they send me with the closest ones they have which does you no good. Meanwhile they assured me they had the right prescription so I ordered contacts. They were supposed to email me a rebate, I didn't receive the email so I called. Guess what, they entered the wrong email. I'm so over it at this point. When the contacts arrive, I try a pair. They aren't right. So I return them. Kate proceeds to refund me and charges me instead. She got that corrrected. Everything that could be messed up was. I personally feel they should have credited the cost of the eye exam because they couldn't get it right. Of course they said they weren't going to. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY.

Great Eye doc!! Staff i give a 3, she forget to give my eyedrop Doc recommended for me to use. I have to go back. Shes rushing to jump to her next chores. Overall I love Dr. Clarkson.

I walk-in and was greeted bye 3 lovely women needing my wife’s sunglasses fix where we could enjoy our vacation since they’re her only ones with prescriptions in them. I asked if they could fix them and they didn’t even hesitate Kate took them from me and few minutes later she was done thanks so much!!!!!

I am absolutely disgusted by this place. Please avoid it at all cost! They are scammers.
My mom needed an eye doctor. I called this office and ask if they take my mom's insurance. They said YES. We came in and I paid the co pay of about $60 for the exam. They were out of network, which THEY NEVER TOLD US. After the visit we recieved another bill (for what insurance didn't cover). It was never explained to us that they are out of network and we might have to pay even more if insurance doesn't cover it.
Never again we'll come back to this place
