Just overly confused. Everything you have to drive back to this location. Nobody here is smart enough to be online savvy. It's maybe 2 Caucasian of the 20 that are not racists. This place is the worst. How is this even legal? Just found guilty. Cause the judge didn't feel like finding what room you're in for zoom court. But they set up this meet and greet. But you can't even file a dispute online. Nope drive all the way back over. Waste your time, gas , and energy.

Nobody at this courthouse wants to talk to you. You can call their number and dial every possible extension they list on their machine and they will all ask you to leave a voicemail. You literally cannot reach a single one of these living creatures. Might be time to start mass submitting complaints so that this county can get back to start serving their residents like it used to…if it ever did.

Absolutely the worst. We logged into the zoom court at 11:26am decided to call at 1:30pm she said he was found guilty and 11:45 and should receive something in the mail. His name was on the screen. Logged in and never talked to any judge. Pure scam. So this is how the court will stay in business but the officer was able to be seen on this case and he wasn't even defending himself. I smell a lawsuit coming shortly.

Absolutely horrible experience trying to get a license suspension fixed. They do not communicate at all and will tell you what you want to hear . They messed up by sending the wrong documents to the DMV and when the license should have been reinstated on 6/1/23 it’s been over a month and still trying to get it fixed. When I call the last email they claim they sent to get it fixed was on 6/7/23 . I keep being told they are working on it and are in constant contact when obviously that is not the case . I call weekly and get 0 updates. They have no problem suspending the license quickly but can’t seem to help when it comes to get getting it reinstated quickly even though you have done everything you are supposed to do. It’s very frustrating.

This place is a scam!!!! I paid one of my fines two months ago. Paid all my other stuff off in other counties just to find out at the DMV that clay says I didn’t pay. Now they’re harassing me saying their mess up is my fault and I need to find my paper receipt to prove I paid my fines. Really need that double pay. Don’t get a ticket in this county. They make sure to screw you every way possible.

We took our daughter here to get her passport. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and super professional. She is on another level of customer service. She took her time and helped us out with the whole application process. I regretted not asking for her name so I can post it in this review.
