The 3rd time at this store, I got a bison burger for my wife (by the way, this was her first time trying their food) and it was undercooked. On top of having to throw her meal out, she could have gotten sick and we worried she might.

I called and asked what their cooking policy was for bison burgers and they said they cook them well done.

I spoke with the manager working today, Nov 18th at 11AM, and explained to her we have pictures with text time stamps above them showing that our burger was not cooked well done and I can tell her the exact day and time I made the purchse of the undercooked food and I asked if she'd be willing to do something to correct the issue.

To my surprised she said they do not have those staff members anymore because of stuff like that and they are unwilling to correct the issue.

She claimed I waited too long to reach out. That's completely irrelevant to me -- I have all the proof that they sold us undercooked food and could have gotten us sick! Who cares how long ago it was!

On top of that, she admitted that she was aware of issues like this, but was still unwilling to do anything about it! What?

Losing a customer over like $5 food cost? Sounds like poor business practices and poor customer service to me.

Good concept but my wife and I will not be coming back or recommending this place.

Service has always been 10/10! Sweet girl always working the front I feel bad I’ve forgotten her name. I think I had this chicken Mac special like 3 times in one month lol. Meal prep is really great value, and convenient! They have high protein and low carb options as well as snacks and smoothies.

1st timer. Ordered the buffalo chicken wrap and Mac & cheese. Very good food, no complaints. Very tasty food.
Also had the Dirty Peanut smoothie and it was really good. The folks working there were very kind and personable helping me navigate the options. Will definitely come back. Very pleased! ?

I'm actually doing an update on Clean Eatz, and want to be completely honest.
I feel like my review may have done unfair since I wasn't there and brought home to me. Someone had eaten some of my fries and my Bison Burger was cold. I didn't understand the to go dinners. So I gave a lame review.
So this is my new review..
Walking in it was very bright and clean. Pre made dinners stacked in the coolers. All healthy dinners.
I think the dinners were reasonably priced.
I ordered the Bison Burger to go. Which actually not many restaurants or deli's selling bison Burger With a Side salad. It was awesome.
I will definitely be back.

I always enjoy coming to Clean Eatz!! I have some gastro issues which I think are related to oils especially vegetable oils. They don't use any here. The food is always fresh and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Ric B.

Excellent lo-cal dining and food prep restaurant/service. Well informed staff. Lots of great options for meals for your dietary needs and goals. Nutritious options, healthy and clean options. Eat in, to go, or stock up your fridge or freezer. Prefect complete meal for after work or on the run with no prep time needed. Cost efficient too! A meal for every taste!

Good place for healthy food options. Portions are bigger than expected on the bowls so order a size down. Neither one of us ate much of our bowls unfortunately as they were not tasty at all. Big disappointment. We may return for different entrees next time, but may not return at all. Time will tell.

I had the chicken pesto wrap (gluten free style).
Yum!
The wrap was beautifully grilled on the outside. Inside was filled with juicy tomatoes, chicken, basil, zucchini (in place of cucumber), spinach, and delicious turkey bacon!

I thought about it the next day for breakfast. So had another.

I asked for a side of asparagus which was amazing! It’s crisp, flavorful, and the best I have ever had. Yum!

Lastly, the BUCKEYES are incredible - just as good as a Reese’s, yet much better nutritionally for me.
